He put us on the schedule for repair and followed through at no extra charges :)

Had Carrier Roofing do our very large garage roof. Could not be happier with them. From the start Darrin was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and had the estimate to me immediately. It’s without a doubt they do good work, but it seems to me my estimate got doubled once they found out I was a veteran. A lot of my neighbors in Dudley have used Carrier for house siding and roofing, but I don’t see how they can pay this price that I got quoted for siding, especially when another company gave me a quote for less than double the money for the same project. Maybe they are super busy, but just tell me that instead of trying to inflate the quote. Also, I never received a follow up about the quote, if I had any questions about the quote or anything.

It is not just the finished project that I am delighted with, it is the overall process. From the estimate to the final minute of the job. He was honest, and truly cared about the job that was done.

When he initially came out to put a quote together, he showed me samples of each product used vs. the products of lesser quality that he wouldn't use and explained why. Darrin was responsive throughout the whole process, answering any questions/concerns I had. When the day came to replace my roof, his team showed up early, covered everything around the house and yard, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. After the team cleaned up, Darrin even double checked the yard and driveway himself to make sure there was no additional debris. Darrin went above and beyond and really stands behind his work. We had a leak in our roof, we made a call to Carrier Roofing. Darrin was at our home within an hour. He fixed the leak on our roof, and went into our attic to be sure it was sealed. Told us if any more leaks, just give him a call.
