Take exit 263. Exit 265 will take you to a "no trucks allowed" part of Scott St. Some overnight parking on very dark road to main truck gate. Appt at 0800. Waited a bit for dock (they're still using only one unloading dock). Then about an hour for unloading to begin. Unload didn't take long. Total wait about 2.5 hrs. Workers were pretty nice.

Nice people but very slow to unload. I was there for nearly 6 hours. They were only using one dock and they took over 2 hours to unload each truck. There is no excuse for that. If you know you have trucks waiting, then you should be unloading faster.

I had to cancel my next pickup in Memphis, which cost me money and created a domino effect of problems for other people. This is a bad company, and I will never haul their freight again.

By the broker appt was at 10am. On site at 945am, they said our appt is for noon. Empty at 1130 am. Thank you guys!

Slow to load.
Unwilling to provide correct placards for the load, as required by law to do. If picking up a hazmat load here, you may want to bring along UN3500 placards. You’ll quite possibly need them. Shipper only provides class 2.

Excerpt from FMCSR 172.301 (a)(3);

Large quantities of a single hazardous material in non-bulk packages. A transport vehicle or freight container containing only a single hazardous material in non-bulk packages must be marked, on each side and each end as specified in the § 172.332 or § 172.336, with the identification number specified for the hazardous material in the § 172.101 Table, subject to the following provisions and limitations:

(i) Each package is marked with the same proper shipping name and identification number;

(ii) The aggregate gross weight of the hazardous material is 4,000 kg (8,820 pounds) or more;

(iii) All of the hazardous material is loaded at one loading facility;

(iv) The transport vehicle or freight container contains no other material, hazardous or otherwise; and

(v) The identification number marking requirement of this paragraph (a)(3) does not apply to Class 1, Class 7, or to non-bulk packagings for which identification numbers are not required.

Receiving department was outstanding, I arrived a little after 10 and my appointment was for 11 . They had me empty in thirty minutes and the lady at the window was awesome.

Nunca debes venir a este lugar 3 horas para que te carguen , cuando ya tenia la luz verde fui por los papeles y me dicen que debo esperar hasta la 1:00 pm que regresen del lunch una verdadera falta de respeto y desgraciadamente por eso hay cada vez menos camioneros, pues nadie considera nuestro trabajo y mucho menos recuerdan que debemos cumplir las reglas con el libro electrónico . Se que deben ir por su Lunch pero deberían dejar a alguien a cargo para que no le creen un problema al tiempo del chofer en su libro . Por favor somos todos seres humanos . You should never come to this place for 3 hours to be charged, when I already had the green light I went for the papers and they told me that I had to wait until 1:00 pm for them to return from lunch, a real lack of respect and unfortunately that is why there is every less and less truckers, because nobody considers our work and much less remember that we must comply with the rules with the electronic book. I know you have to go for your Lunch but you could leave someone a charge so that it doesn't create a problem for the driver's time in your book. Please, we are all human beings.

Arrived and saw a flatbed getting loaded by a fast loader and did not look safe. Then I start getting loaded by a faster one. I asked him to slow down and dude spun his wheels on my deck and went faster. I asked the supervisors to have him slow down and they did nothing.
Dude kept moving fast on my deck so I shouted out to him to slow down and he answered back to get back into my truck and I had to oblige if I wanted to get loaded.
Not cool. Not safe. Management does not hold employees accountable.

Very nice people work here. Some days are better than others on how fast you get loaded but that is how trucking life goes. Be careful of some of the portholes but they are suppose to be getting them fixed.
