Got me in and out quick and in a hurry. Do not park on the street. Only to close your doors. Theres enough room to pull up and get your doors closed, the swing won't catch another trailer.

YES they want us to drive into the gravel employee lot. Where the sign says trucks enter.
ALSO the side road Piedmont Ave has too much crown to it in front of the dock so lock your drives and legs up all the way...
20 min wait for my door. 40 minute load. No issues.

Be very careful here. If you park on the street waiting to get in a dock, the police will ticket you. We called in the first time we arrived. We were told come back and check in 10 to 15 minutes before appointment. We did. As I came around the building to go in the door I was assigned, it was taken. We were then told to circle back and get in lime. It was three deep on the street. The cops arrived and started to ticket drivers. I got out just in time to avoid a ticket. Call back to them. I was hung-up on. Called again and got Steve the material s manager. He said he would find out and call us back in 15 minutes. A half hour passed with no word. I called again. Steve told me that we were late and now a work-in load. My dispatcher asked me to try again. We went in. A new story was told to us. Now, the product wasn't ready but "go ahead and hit the dock while we check how long it be." By the time I was approaching the dock, the door was taken. At this point, we had basically called liars. This with gps and ELD noting our 2 early arrivals and time stamped phone calls. Unprofessional and disorganized at best.
