They were great to work with! They were informative with our options of repairing/cleaning old gutters vs getting new and adding gutter guards. The installers did a great job and I'm very pleased with their work. They also have the best prices.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Came and cleaned my gutters over a week ago and after the first big rain I noticed that rain was coming out between the gutter and house. They either never cleaned them or they damaged the gutter while doing so. Have tried calling them over and over and only get a hold of someone once every couple of days. Keep being told they will get me on the schedule. Not a great way to do business at all.

Micheal Coulter was our salesperson that we worked with he was through in explaining the process from start to finish, the installation crew did a excellent job on the the installation of the gutters cleaned up after the job was completed on a scale of 1-10 the whole experience was a 10 .

As a manager of commercial properties timely service is very important to me. Storms in January produced ice and snow that brought down gutters on 2 of the buildings I manage. Called Cardinal on Wednesday, estimator came on Thursday, contract done on Friday, work completed to the highest standard on Monday. They are fast, professional and affordable, highly recommend!

I had three estimates to address the issues I was having with my gutters. Michael from Cardinal Gutters was the most thorough. He pointed out problem spots I was not aware of and how to correct them. He also only recommended gutters guard for half of my house since my home has limited trees on or near my property. I was not home for the instillation but my wife said the installers were polite and professional. I would highly recommend Cardinal Gutters.

I was happy in the beginning. However, my gutters now leak and they will not return phone calls at this point and they were a no show for an appointment weeks ago. They promised that they would come back as necessary until it stopped leaking, but that did not happen. I went to their physical address and no one was there. There are no signs or equipment or furniture in building. The adjoining business said that they are rarely there, if at all. I do not recommend this company!

Great experience from start to finish! Michael was highly professional and thorough in the assessment. He took great care of us throughout the entire process. Between the July 4th week and a planned vacation, all departments worked to schedule installment before our trip! We appreciate the effort and fantastic service during a busy season! They provided a fair estimate last fall and it took us over the winter and spring before we were ready to move forward. The estimate was still valid and the work was done quickly and professionally. We contacted Cardinal Gutters because of a problem with a previously contracted, and paid-for, gutter installation. Scheduling of the estimate was efficient and quick. Michael, the estimator, was thorough and clear with his communication, arrived promptly, listened to our needs, and provided excellent guidance and a fair, straightforward estimate of the work to be done. He stayed in communication with us for over a week as we attempted one last time to resolve the issue with the previous contractor. Our problem was resolved by the previous contractor, so this review is limited to complimenting the company for their responsiveness, and Michael for his friendly, professional, and thorough approach. I had a great experience with Cardinal. The quote was reasonable, they respected the plants I told them about and setup markers to protect them. The job was completed on time and financing was easy. There were a couple little things that they had to come back to fix that I didn't notice during my walk through, but after contacting them they did that no problem. Would use them again!

It all started with Michael our estimator who came out to the home. Very polite, professional, and personable. Michael basically sold Cardinal Gutters services to us with his demeanor. Then the scheduling team was able to get us in right away. The whole process was smooth, and the team did a great job, would def use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I'm very happy with my experience with Cardinal Gutter. I have had them do work on our house twice this past year. All their technicians and installers are excellent at what they do. Prices were more than reasonable for this type of work. Will call them any time I need gutter work.

I cannot say enough about this company and how amazing they are. I originally called for an estimate and they were able to get back with me within 24 hours to set up a time which was in the following week as a Louisville area business I feel like that response time is amazing, they then were able to come out to the house that same week even though they did tell me it could be a two or three week turnaround. Both of the men that came out to do the initial inspection/estimate, which was free were professional and courteous, and helped me answer a bunch of questions that I had about the process. They had the gutters hung up within 3 to 4 hours! They had me inspect and they were gone. My house looks amazing! 10/10 recommend. Michael and Patrick were awesome!

I contacted Cardinal Gutters for gutter repair for my property located in Old Louisville. The interaction started great, the estimator was professional and very responsive. He walked the property, sent me photos of areas he thought needed repair, and responded to any inquiries I had. Unfortunately issues began once I agreed to the estimate. Afterwards, the communication was absolutely terrible, it was like pulling teeth. After signing, I was told that eventually someone would reach out for scheduling. I was messaged ten days later that there was availability the very next day, and while short notice, I agreed to the opening since nobody had to be home at the time the work was being performed. I got called the day of by the repairman, stating he could not perform any work because he did not have the tools necessary to access my property's gutters with him as the building was too tall, and that someone would call to reschedule. I thought this was odd, given they had visited my property prior and should have already known what tools would be necessary, but I obliged and awaited to be rescheduled. A week passes by, nothing. I then messaged the individual who was assigned as the project manager for any kind of update, still nothing. I then call the company the next day, while nobody answered the phone, they were quick to text back, they pulled in the project manager into the text chat and asked him to provide an update, to again, no response. I called in to the company again, nobody answered, and this time nobody texted back. Finally the day after, after almost two weeks of just asking for a simple rescheduling update, the project manager messages me stating they were dropping the project because they could not access my property's gutters safely. I responded with a question about the apparent lack of gutter access on my property, and of course, I received no reply. If my property truly lacked any means to access the building's gutters, then why didn't the estimator tell me so and save me three weeks of my time working with this company? The kicker to all this is that when the estimator came, they asked to place a sign (which at the time I agreed to) at the front of my property to advertise their business, and that sign is now advertising their business for a property that they didn't even want to work on. So what started off as a strong first impression, ended with frustration and weeks of wasted time. I cannot reccomend them based on the experience I had.

So Happy with my new gutters, From Michael in sales and the installers the job was completed quickly and very professionally. The installers went out of their way to repair a small section of my aluminum sidings that was sooo... unexpected and sooo.. appreciated! Thank You Cardinal Gutters, you make me happy!

Update 5: Randomly a month later after I sent another message company sent someone out to take a look at issue and was not communicated. Communication needs to be improved.

Update 4: I have been communicating with Patrick and must state his follow thru has been great. Although the issue has not been fully resolved there is effort and communication which shows great improvement. He scheduled and stated someone would be out to take a look where it is leaking.

Update 3: I continued to reach out to get the downspout fixed and no response. Left messages, sent text and nothing. I can not stand behind a company that does not follow thru on the work performed. For this I am changing the review. The most important aspect of any business is follow thru on commitment and workmanship performed. The downspouts were not properky installed otherwise would not have had 2 fall down. Ended up having to pay someone else to fix.

Update 2: Had anothe downspout come off probably around yhe year mark give or take. Font corner also had been leaking. I called the repair number got a quick response back statng would reach out in a day and didnt hear back for over 2 weeks and I had reach back out. Having to deal with any issues has not been easy.

Update 1 - Had a hard down pour and one of my downspouts had fallen and took longer than it should to get this fixed. Also there is a special number you have to call to get a ticket created I couldn't just contact Cardinal gutters. Disappointed because I was under the impression could just contact them.

I am a very detailed person and got several quotes and out of all of the experiences with the sales team from each company I was highly impressed with Michael Coulter at Cardinal Gutters! They were more expensive than some of my other quotes but Michael stood out for several reasons: Answered all my questions, I am very picky on colors and he provided me a swatch of the colors, he did not pressure on using them vs another company, he sent a text before he was arriving and afterwards and was very prompt on any texts or email I sent. I even sent one on the weekend and he responded. Very impressive! This is the reason I ended up going with Cardinal Gutters.

The crew that came out did a good job installing gutters and put in a screw to tighten them closer since there was a gap on a section.

My only two small complaints was I called to see when they would be arriving during the timeframe and was informed they finished a job and would be heading there soon. I left immediately and was there in about 5 min and they were already there and all the gutters had been removed. The information did not get relayed that I was keeping my old gutters for repurpose use and then I would be scrapping the remainer. The team did a great job and apologized and they had not cut them yet which was good. They loaded them up in my truck and had cut them to the length I asked and it was.not a big deal.

The other complaint was I wish the installers would have asked on my downspout that had a black drain attached I was planning on digging the one on the side of the driveway up and put a concrete to have the water go off. I will be able to change it but wish they would have asked or me before it had already been done. They provided me the spray paint for the gutters but didn't spray the white attachment piece they put on. Didnt make sense to me and cause me some unnecessary work but I should have been watching more.
