We recently had Cacka Roofing re-shingle our roof. We were very happy with the result. Mike was professional from start to finish, the job was done right, and everything was cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

Great people that go above and beyond for their clients! You can truly tell that care about not only the way they treat people but the quality of work they provide people! 10/10 recommend!

First of all, I will start off by saying I am all for supporting hometown businesses. I submitted a request online to Cacka Roofing to get an estimate on our roof as we know it needs to be replaced. On Sunday 5/19/24, Mike called us and asked if he could stop by "in about 10-15 minutes" and take a look at our roof. We said sure. He stopped out and took measurements on our roof. We picked out the shingles we wanted and asked any questions we had. He told us he would drop off an estimate in the "next couple days". He told us he was thinking fall for the project and we were on board with that. Side note- we never once asked him or expected him to drop everything as we knew he had a busy schedule. Fall was our hope and confirmed timeline in our discussion. We wanted to know how much it would cost approximately so we could have things ready on our end. Fast forward to today (6/4/24) and we still had not heard anything. I gave Mike a call while I was thinking about it and he answered. When I asked him if he had our estimate ready, he proceeded to say "well how urgent are you needing this done because I'm looking spring". When I questioned what had been discussed about fall when we met, he said he was "dragging his feet". I told him that would have been something we would have liked to know and I wish he would have called us and told us that, to which he rudely replied "well I am telling you now". I reminded him that I had to call him to get any type of response- which is fine- but his dishonesty and misleading interaction was not appreciated. We will look elsewhere.
