I needed my gutters fixed, and i wasn’t charged an arm and a leg for it! Great customer service and support. Took no time for them to come out and look at them and get the job done, not an extra lengthy process at all like i was expecting.

Luis Rosado did a thorough job explaining the whole deal and what to expect, communicating with the insurance company and doing what he could to show that I as the customer mattered. He took almost all of the stress out of the experience and I am so thankful for my new roof!

I had a fantastic experience working with Byrd on the Roof and Jay to get a new roof. Jay did a great job helping out with the process of filing an insurance claim and working with me to get the price to a spot that worked for both of us. Jay was great at communicating anytime any issues or delays came up in the project. Jay planned on changing from box vents to ridge vents but when the crew had taken the shingles off they realized that box vents would be better and didn’t hesitate to run out to Home Depot to buy new box vents to install instead. Once the roof was finished the crew did an incredible job cleaning up.

Overall about as easy and stress free experience as one can get when getting a new roof!

Had a great experience with Byrd on the Roof. Our roof was damaged by a hail storm. Byrd on the Roof worked tirelessly to obtain insurance coverage, with very little work required on my end. They gave us plenty of options on roof type and color to choose from. Despite having a large and sloped roof, they were able to complete the project is just over 2 days. Their team kept our property clean and organized during the installation. They went as far as protecting our shrubs/plants from old roof material during removal as well. Cleanup following installation was thorough with daily magnet combing for nails/metal debris. We could not be happier with the new roof. If we ever need roof work again, we will be repeat customers for sure.

Scam! Go check their Yelp reviews if you don't believe me . Ran off without completing the roof and I know at least five other people that they've done this to as well. Pretty sure the reviews are all AI and they actually had to remove their Google listing once before due to getting blasted by real people.

Our new roof looks fantastic and it was installed quickly. The crew was super friendly and they left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. We’re very pleased.

Santa came a little late this past year, but he came with quite a show. Before dawn on December 27th three vehicles were parked in front of my home waiting for some light. When you could see a little about a dozen men got out and started working on a much needed new roof.

They were well organized with some men positioning ladders and others setting huge mats to catch the old shingles and to protect my shrubs and grass.

I believe that it was before noon when a van came with new shingles, roof trim and other supplies. A few more men were with them. As a portion of the roof became "clean" the new group started laying down the new roofing. By nightfall the roof was about 95% complete and a good portion of the old shingles had been picked up from the mats and put on a very large trailer.

On the second day they quickly finished the new roof and cleaned the grounds around the house. They also went over the grounds with large magnets mounted on wheels to gather any stray roofing nails or other metal fragments left on the grounds.

It was one of the best Christmas presents that we received last year. Our old roof was starting to look pretty ragged from wind and hail storms.

I agree with a previous comment that the company representatives could be a little clearer with their initial contracts. And, the amount of business that Byrd does put the crews a little late getting to me. But in the end, the crews did a great job for a reasonable price and my wife and I are still grinning.

My experience with Byrd On The Roof was exhilarating, like a thrilling roller coaster ride filled with ups and downs, twists and turns, and even a couple of loops. There were moments when I thought I wouldn’t make it, but the theme park operator ensured I was safe and well cared for. Ultimately, I was glad I took the ride, as I now have a fantastic and flawless roof.
