I was well pleased with the work and fair price with Ronald. He repointed brick and replaced some. Also replaced a gutter downspout.
He cleaned up afterwards. He is very attractive to detail. I will not hesitate to use him again.

I highly recommend Ronald at Faith Masonry and Home Repair. He did a fantastic job repairing our badly damaged brick mailbox (part of which he had to completely rebuild) and made it look brand new! He also did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing many areas of our extensive 20 year old brick landscape wall. Had this guy come out to fix the fireplace in August 2023. Cost was $400. Fireplace IMMEDIATELY started leaking whenever it rains. Water dripped into pilot light as well. This "GOD FEARING CONTRACTOR" (his words - as this guy decided to get snippy with my husband) refuses to return any phone calls and his voicemail box is full - what an absolute JOKE of a professional. I finally called a new contractor to fix this and it will cost me a MINIMUM of $1,500. It should have been fixed in the first place. Absolutely disgusted with the service from By Faith Masonry... RUN AWAY!

I wasn’t going to post this on Google in hopes the owner would buck up, be a man and fix his shotty work. But here we are six months later and I’m over it.

Ronald and his fiancé drove over 2 hours to repair a couple of bricks and mortar on my home today (Sunday). They were both very friendly and the work is exceptional.

I called up Ron to repair a couple cracks in my bay window on my bathroom and fix two missing bricks on my chimney foundation. He was
very professional and did a great job. He showed up when he told me he would be here and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend him for any handy man work. He even asked if the quoted price was fair. I went ahead and paid him an extra $40 for the great job he did. Thanks Ron.

I called Mr. Ron for a masonry repair service. He was at my home the next morning and completed the repair job. He is professional, focused and hardworking. He also took the time to make adjustments to a problem left by another service provider who said it was the best that could be done. I will definitely use By Faith Home Repair for other repair projects.

I had a horizontal crack in my external brick wall about 4.5 ft long. Found By Faith (Ron) on google maps with top ratings. He came by after about an hour of contacting on a Saturday afternoon. He gave a very good price and fixed it in about 2-3 hours, including time for a trip to the hardware store for supplies. The work he did was great and he cleaned all up not leaving a mess. Very good experience.

Ron and Bridget initially a good job with helping repair cracks in the ceiling and other things. They also did little things about fixing up closet accessories and other things. However I hired them again to fix the breaker since my microwave had no power. Ron came and diagnosed the problem and I had to pay money for that. Then he said to give him 20 dollars extra to buy the breaker. I did but then he never showed up and never answered my calls or texts. Disappointed.

Faith Masonry did great work on an outdoor bar for us. Ron is extremely focused on detail and quality. He puts the customer first and does everything he can to make sure they are satisfied. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

We had two sets of brick steps leading to our patios that were crumbling. I called several business but Faith Masonry was the only one to return my call. 5 STARS! My garage door broke late one night & I called at 1030 planning to leave a voicemail. To my surprise Ronald answered the phone. I explain what happened & he showed up the next day to fix my garage! The weather end up getting really bad while he was at my house working so he came back the day after & got everything fixed within a few hours! He also hung up a large painting in my bedroom. What a wonderful person and so polite! I called Ronald today to ask about having my countertops and cabinets trimmed back so it would fit my stove. Two hours later he was here starting work. He did a fantastic job and my stove is finally back where it belongs instead of the middle of my kitchen floor. It's so hard finding someone who doesn't mind doing small jobs, so I cant thank him enough for coming by. His rate was very reasonable and since he does a wide variety of jobs I will definitely be calling him again.

Ronald was on time, professional, and did a great job taking out old grout and regrouting our shower and parts of our tile floor. We found him to be hard working and dependable. We are so pleased with the results!! We will definitely use him again when we have work to be done.

A good home repair contractor is always hard to find. Mr. Ron has done exceptional work in repairing a hole in the ceiling a plumber cut out to fix a pin hole leak and assisting me with two entry door repairs. One door was rotting out from the inside on the bottom and wasn't sealing well when shut. He fashioned a replacement out of a piece of 2x4 and had everything aligned perfectly. Installing the bottom sweep was now possible because of his work. The next door ended up having a more serious issue and requires the door, frame and all, to be removed from the wall. Door now shuts and seals perfectly and it looks like it was never removed from the wall in the first place.

I almost didn't want to write a review because part of me wants to monopolize his skills! Another thing is his communication. He always communicated with me on all repairs whether I was there in person or was away due to work. He sends photos of his progress as well which I really appreciated since I didn't get that with anyone else I've contracted work out with.

His pricing is very fair and I'd encourage anyone who works with him to sweeten the pot if you can when the good job is done. He's also one guy, so if you're able I encourage folks help him with heavy lifting. It'll make the job go by faster and he will appreciate the assistance which shows through is work and attention to detail. Once you find a good craftsman be good to them!

Ronald took on my large commercial project which the masons had walked off of and he completed the tasks in the time that I needed to prevent the schedule from getting blown. The masonry work was very detailed and not only did he do a great job on the portion that he completed, he also did some rework of the other masons work and made their work look great. Ronald and his crew did a fantastic job building our wheelchair ramp. They went above and beyond any company I've dealt with getting it done. It wasn't perfect but had to be rushed so I was happy with the outcome. However, I've recently edited this review from 5 stars to 3 because I did have an issue after time and settling of the ramp. After a couple days of trying to even get anyone to call or text me back, I was left with no help. Took over 3 months to get a text asking if I still had an issue. Completely unprofessional.

Great experience. Ronald conveniently quoted quickly via text message pictures and a few follow up questions. He came in under budget (got started the next day). He repaired a spot on my roof and damaged soffit. Looks good as new.

Other big companies’ quotes were much higher and they didn’t seem to care about my business or me as a person. Ronald communicated well and always gave me a heads up on when he was arriving as well as letting me know all of the details of the project. He went above and beyond - rolled my trash can in for me (1/4 mile long driveway), cleaned up after, and even did a safety repair on my deck for free that he spotted while doing a roofing job.

Ronald repaired our garage door. It broke and was crooked. It was a 2 man job to fix but he managed to do it by himself. The cost of labor was very reasonable. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him for jobs around your house! We will be calling him again for house projects and repairs!
