Eugene and his team came to our rescue when in the midst of preparing our home to sell someone crashed into our garage and center post between the two sides. Getting it fixed quickly so we could stay on track with our list date seemed impossible but they did it! We could not be more pleased with every aspect of their service and give them our highest recommendation!

Caution! Not recommended at all. They deleted my earlier review. It took them nearly a year to complete the repair, and the quality of their work is subpar. Additionally, they persist in sending bills even after the job is finished. I requested an invoice for the discrepancy, but they never sent it, instead sending it for correction.

I highly recommend this company! They were easy to work with, reliable and most importantly.. HONEST!!!! We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

We’ve used this crew twice and will again! They reconfigured some steps for us as well as rebuilding our porch—both jobs look great. More recently, they repaired a plumber’s error that resulted in drywall repairs, painting, insulation, and baseboards. The job is just beautiful and very affordable. Recommend highly!

They did not do proper preparation work prior to painting. My deck is damaged from dragging the pressure washer. They got paint on my deck and new brick patio. They used something that smelled like gasoline to remove paint and stripped the stain off my deck. Then they came back to fix it and didn't wipe the stain off. My deck looks worse than when they arrived because they just didn't properly protect the area they were working. Paint overspray on my new porch light as well. Look elsewhere for your home improvement needs. The owner is taking no responsibility for the poor workmanship of his employees. He replied that he wants to make his customers happy and he is ignoring me.

The man who I assume was the owner was very nice. I hesitated to post a bad review because he was so kind BUT the fence job they did looks so bad I just had to mention it. Here is the timeline- 2 workers(not owner) showed up, took the fence down then informed me they would need to come back another day because the posts had to set.(every fence co I have used in the past uses quick set concrete and can get this done in one day) I now have no back fence which is a problem with 3 dogs, 2 cats and a 5 year old. The next day they return but inform me everyone is out of wood and they don't have enough to finish. 4 days total with no fence and then when they finish we get giant concrete mounds, 2 VERY crooked fence posts, and huge gaps underneath. I would not recommend them for fencing.

Extremely professional, went above and beyond to help me with my roofing project, would highly recommend to anyone in need of someone to repair or install on their next home improvement project!

Eugene is great at what he does, communication is great, passion is there and it shows, we have used him for several different things from paint, rebuilding fences and stairs to gutter cleaning. He can do it all. I highly recommend!

Discovered a contractor doing a roof repair under an insurance claim on our house messed up the flashing around a chimney which caused yet more damage. By the time we discovered the issue the contractor had gone out of business. I contacted BHI, got a call back within the hour and someone came out the very next day and fixed the problem for a great price. That's great customer service.
