Burns Builders Roofing - the standard for excellence. Over several years Bruce and team have re-roofed three different houses for my family. Always delivers as promised - on schedule, on budget; installers and product top of the line; installers courteous and careful not to damage landscaping, very thorough at cleaning up. Highly recommended and we will employ them again if needed for storm damage or if moving to a house needing a new roof.

Burns Builders Roofing was top notch from start to finish. The crew arrived at 7:00 AM on the scheduled day and completed the new roof installation by the end of the day as promised. Bruce kept me posted about minor issues and backed it up with drone pictures. The quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend Burns Builders Roofing if you are considering a new roof.
Mike

I started out with another contractor that was really pushy and recommended fixes that weren't necessary. Reached out to Bruce for a second quote and so glad I did. He walked me through the process, took pictures of my roof and damage with a drone. His crew showed up on the day scheduled and worked tirelessly. When they left at 5 PM my roof was finished. I have 2 story house with a high pitched roof. Bruce and his crew were very professional and respectful of my property. At the end of the day they ran magnates across the ground, around my shrubs and deck to pick up all loose nails. They were down on their hands and knees picking up all the old shingle pieces and underlayment. I highly recommend Bruce Burns Builders.

Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
