My experience with this contractor was great. It's easy to tell that Mr. Burns knows what he is doing, being in this business for over 30 years. I had him and his 7 man crew replace a 30 year old roof and they were able to complete the job in under 5 hours on day one! I love the roof and job they done. I hope to post some pictures of my roof but not having done this before I not sure I wouldn't miss it up. If you need a new roof and want very good quality materials and a very professional crew to do the job You can not go wrong with Mr. Burns Builders. I was not looking forward to replacing my roof but Mr. Burns made the task so very easy. And his company was able to finance my job, being retired and on a fixed income that was a great relief to me.

I met Bruce through my neighbor. Our neighborhood had experienced hail damage in Fishersville and our HOA president had suggested we get our roofs inspected. My neighbor found Bruce on Angie's List and while he was inspecting my neighbors roof he also looked at mine. We live in a Duplex so it was easy for him to check mine also.
Bruce found sufficient hail damage so I contacted my insurance agent. My claim was denied even though all the homes around me showed damage and was being covered under their insurance policies. Bruce didn't give up on me, he went "to bat" for me contacting my agent and reporting what he had found. It took 5 months of continuous communication by myself and Bruce to get the approval. He told me to keep fighting and not to give up. It was through his support that I was able to continue to fight for my rights. I now have a new roof and it was because of his support along the way that made this possible. His work and his workers did a great job. My friend was so impressed with their work and the "clean up" afterwards that she hired them for her roof replacement. Thank you Bruce for encouraging me to "fight on". This is a great company, they follow through, do what they promise and guarantee their work. What more could you want.

Whatever you do do not hire this guy. If you want me to save you some trouble and headache please take my advice. We hired this guy not too long ago to come and put a new shingle roof onto our house. And he did a lot of damage. Incorrectly installed flashing. You have to see this work they really just did a lousy job. Bringing us warped boards. Now these boards have to be replaced.. There's nails popping out of our roof. Burns blaming The guy who built the house 30 years ago. all other things and lying to my face. I would highly recommend you DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HIRE A train professional. LESS HEADACHE IN THE END. I have the largest roofing contractor in the area Looking At the piss poor craftsmanship that he is done I have a hundred and fifteen pictures to prove it. All the stuff that g AF is supposed to certify is not what the other company is telling me. He did not do our flashing correctly. A lot of the stuff was not done correctly and we had a quote and we have to do a new roof. Do not hire these people.

Mr Burns was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was honest, very responsive, professional and a great guy to talk to. Followed up with us, ensuring we were happy, they did fantastic work & has a warranty if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Burns' team replaced the shingles on my roof. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work that they would be doing and answered all my questions and concerns. He was flexible on setting the schedule. They were very efficient - had the entire job finished in one day and cleaned up well at the end of the day. I would highly recommend the Burns' crew to others.

From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the finished product, I couldn’t be more pleased. Bruce and his team do quality work at reasonable prices. GAF certified which gives you the peace of mind if something where to happen. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs a roof. Mr Burns replaced the roof on our company's recent house flip. His price was very reasonable and he was most accommodating. At the last minute we changed from shingles to metal, and it didn't change our start date at all. Excellent work! His crew was professional and quick. I didn't have to clean up after them, they took it all away. Would recommend them to anyone looking for roof work in the Shenandoah Valley.

Mr. Burns was an excellent choice for replacing my roof, he come to my home and saw that I had a low slope on part of it that required some work and he did a good job with the repairs.
I'm very happy with this project, his crew worked hard and each one of them knew what they were supposed to do. Each day, everything was cleaned up and roof was protected just in case it rained.
I would highly recommend Burns Roofing it you need a new roof, couldn't find a nicer gentleman.

Burns Builders completed replacing my asphalt shingle roof this week as well as a standing seam metal part on our sunroom. Bruce was great to work with and the materials he recommended saved me money over other estimates I received. We had snow when we planned to start the project and Bruce called me with an updated timeline - he was in touch and stopped by while the work was ongoing. Burns Builders completed a 14’ x 30’ deck and screen room in a timely fashion with quality workmanship.. The crew was always on time worked cleanly and removed debris weekly.. The end result was a beautiful project.. Everyone who comes to our home comments on how nice the deck and screen room looks.. HIGHLY recommend Burns Builders, Inc for any home or roof project..

We had Mr. Burns come over to cover our back deck for us to enjoy this summer. After further discussion of what I had planned to do and what he was able to do then we decided to have him and his crew to complete a big part of the project.
