Bul-Tec roofing did a great job rebuilding our two large porches. The job included several types of work: structural support replacement, roofing, decking, custom railing construction, large screen building and installation, guttering and painting. They showed up every day on time, worked full days and the work quality was very good. We’ll utilize their services again.

Bul-Tec was recommended by Porter Roofing to repair my roof and siding because my house is more of a commercial type build with a flat roof and corrugated metal siding. Bul-Tec was EXCELLENT in carefully dismantling parts of my house, little by little to learn the extent of the damage that exists because the original roofing contractor and home builder did not know what they were doing and failed to install my roof and siding correctly. During the entire process, Kevin and Hayes kept us informed of what they were discovering and what they recommended, in their expert opinions, be undertaken to correct the issues and prevent further damage. They were able to explicitly explain what was done incorrectly the first time, why that had failed and how that had caused damage. They documented the process with photos along the way so that we could use that information to pursue damages against the original contractor. They’re incredibly professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. I am very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome! Did a lot of research and these guys seemed to be the best option. They exceeded my expectations tenfold. I dealt with Travis and he was amazing. Extremely helpful and communicative. They provided a fair quote and didn’t try to tack on a bunch of not needed items.
