Brad worked with my insurance company and did all the work to get partial payment for a new roof. Crew showed up quickly, did a great job and cleaned up everything before leaving. The roof looked great and a lot of it was covered by insurance which I wouldn't have known was possible. That work went so well I had BuildPro replace the roof on my fourplex when I had storm damage and a leak. This time he worked with insurance and they covered 100%. I also had a duplex with a 30 year old roof. No insurance this time but I bid the job out and he was very competitive with other roofers. Finally, because I'd had 3 great experiences I asked him if he ever did Valley County work where we have a manufactured home. If you've tried to get work done in Valley County you know you usually pay a premium and have to be patient because wait times are long. Build Pro beat all the other quotes and once we signed the contract we were done in a couple weeks! I was relieved given that it was fall and you never know how the weather will be. The first time Brad reached out to me I thought the insurance support was some type of scam, but I ended up saving thousands of dollars and was so happy with the work quality and cost, I ended with BuildPro doing 4 roofs for me. Brad is great to work with, very low key and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Brad and his crew just finished our new roof on our home from 1948. despite there being several hidden surprises as they began to strip off the old roof, they quickly adjusted, communicated each challenge and finished quickly. The cleanup was thorough, the work topnotch, and all the crew were polite. Brad didn't take advantage with unreasonable upcharges, he stuck as close to the original bid as was reasonable despite the surprises. I cant recommend them enough. Honest, quality work for a reasonable price.

BuildPro did a great job. It took a while to get the job started but it was my insurance fault. Once insurance approved the repair the job was done within 5 days.

Brad and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. I lost a few shingles in a wind storm, and brad came out ASAP to inspect my roof. He said he was confident he could get my insurance to approve a full replacement and that's what he did. Him and his staff did all of the leg work with my insurance company. My insurance was a pain to work with but they were persistent and finally got them to approve the replacement. Once approved and I received the payment from insurance, his install team was here within a few days to put the new roof on. His install team was very thorough and professional, and they had the old roof removed and the new one completed in one day, with no mess left behind. Cannot speak to their roofing abilities, but if their drivers road manners are any indication of their company, I would never use them. Their drivers are rude, and they do not follow common road practices. I always find it funny when branded vehicles drive like jerks. It’s like they don’t understand that you are representing a brand. 01BZLR was the license plate.

I strongly recommend Build Pro Roofing. From the moment that the Project Manager, Brad, came to look at my roof through the completion of the project I was impressed with the company's professionalism and strong work ethic. Brad walked me through the process and was quick to respond to my many questions. He communicated with the insurance company and had excellent knowledge of the various codes to make sure I got the best roof possible. He had to communicate with the insurance company several times to prove that my roof needed to be up to code. In the end, the insurance company covered the cost of my new roof, minus the deductible, due to wind damage. The office staff was excellent and communicated regularly with me. Once everything was approved, I was immediately put on the schedule and work began within a few days. I was highly impressed with the roofers who worked almost non stop from morning until evening. Then they came back the next day to complete the project and worked just as hard. They were polite, friendly, hard working and organized. When the job was complete, they cleaned everything up and there was not any trash, roofing materials or any sign that they had been there except a brand new, beautiful, well done roof. The next day the insurance company received pictures of the completed roof and the claim check was on the way. I am grateful that this process, that could have been stressful, was handled so professionally and smoothly. Thank you to Brad and all the Build Pro Roofing staff that I worked with. My insurance company was going to drop me due to the deterioration and age of my roof. I started collecting quotes from top roofers in the valley and was preparing for upwards of 18k to get a new roof. I noticed Build Pro on Facebook stating a potential for insurance to cover the complete replacement of a roof if they met a certain criteria. When I reached out Build Pro I received an immediate response from Brad (the owner) and within a day he had inspected the roof and informed me with pictures and text that there were shingles missing and I had a very good chance he could work with my insurance to get it covered 100% and that I would only be responsible for the $1000 deductible from my plan. I thought, there was no way, but figured I had nothing to loose by giving them a chance. Build Pro's team promptly moved forward with the insurance company while keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. They truly know what their talking about when it comes to building codes and negotiating with the insurance company. The next thing I knew they insurance company had cut me a check for the entire amount and the roof was replaced that week. I still wonder why the other guys (quoting outrageous prices) never brought up the idea of approaching the insurance company. But thank you Brad and team! You saved me tens of thousands of dollars and helped level the playing field for all those years of paying into insurance. I will absolutely use Build Pro in the future, regardless of who's pays the bill :)

I had a water leak in my roof due to an improper repair by the previous homeowner. Brad and his crew came out and fixed my roof in a timely manner. They stood by their original estimate and did top quality work. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to a friend.

Instead of Judi's crew of three, I had Jason and Oreo. Oreo was Jason's adorable new sidekick, a 7 week old Labradoodle! I let her hang out in the fenced backyard and Jason provided food and water for her. Worked out well.

Jason worked quickly, efficiently and did an outstanding job! My house and garage look fantastic now! He was even able to roof the garage (which is almost as steep as an A-frame) without falling off. Phew! And he made it look easy.

Brad okayed a small project that went above and beyond and I sooooo appreciated Jason's extra work on that!! Thank you both.

Not having to fight with insurance was a HUGE plus with BuildPro! And Brad has to be the nicest guy in the industry!!! Both Brad and Katie (from the office) always answered questions quickly and kept me in the loop about the entire process.

What started out to be a nightmare, with other roofers, ended as a pleasant experience when an aquaintance suggested Brad Stears at Build Pro. She had just had her home reroofed and was very pleased.After a week of dealing with no show roofers, and now having a recommendation, I called Brad. He was at my house within 40" and even though it was dinner time, he went to the hardware store and got supplies to temporarily patch the big hole in my roof. My next fear was dealing with the insurance company. Brad handled all of it. The installers, Enrique, Melvin and Jake were exceptional. They were personable, efficient and hard working. They kept the site clean and other than a sparkling new roof, I would have never known they had been there. Communication was also exceptional from Brad, the crew and office staff. If I had a question, it was answered within minutes of my text. They stayed in touch and kept me updated. Don't do what I did, by trying to deal with sub par roofers. Learn from my experience and go straight to this well run business. Oh and did I say that their bid was very reasonable.

From the initial consultation to the finish of my beautiful roof, I couldn't be more pleased! I want to thank Brad and the hard workers for an outstanding job! They even went above and beyond what I expected.
