Build Once is just what the name of their company suggests. With all the shady contractors out there, don’t waste your time going anywhere else but here if you are in the Grand Forks area. Justin was always available despite his busy schedule and always willing to do what was right. We spent a lot of time after water damage from a poor roofing job going back and forth between insurance and Justin at Build Once. It was not an easy process but Justin made it much more tolerable because he pushed insurance to do what was right through constant communication and meticulous photos throughout the entire demo and rebuilding process. Shout out to Nate at Build Once who does great work and was really careful with the demo as I have asthma. Plus, they both have a great sense of humor which is not required but a nice bonus. Justin will make sure all of the work done in your home is permitted and inspected so this will give you peace of mind.
