Recently had a termite prevention treatment at my home. The group, led by Christian, was very efficient and knocked out my treatment in no time. They were very polite and professional. Happy to answer any of my questions and entertain me watching various parts of the process. They completely cleaned up after the work and left it looking untouched. Very pleased with my service and the peace of mind it gave me.

They promised to patch damages caused by carpenter bees on fascia board so agreed to pay a large initial fee follow by quarterly service fees. I was told that patching work would be done after carpenter bees are eradicated as well as larvae. When I called the office about performing the patch work, I received an email response that they don't provide such service. I am very disappointed about their business practice.

Thought we had a good experience with them till found out that a video went on tic tok without our permission an was very peeved off . Called the office an owner calls me back an said he was coming back out with a different tech to redo what was not done the way it should have been done in the first place . So no stars from me till job is done right an bug free. Guess it won't let you post with no stars but very upset with them . I could say more about what happened but I not . DONT GET THEM TO DO STUFF .

Hey Rory, just wanted to pass along some positive feedback. I’m sure people only want to pass along the negative. I dealt with Matt Richard’s during a consultation for bees and I mentioned termite treatment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Promptly, 3 fellas came to do the treatment and they were all great guys very professional explained the procedure in detail and made sure my expectations were met. They took pride in their work and didn’t cut corners. They were a little disappointed that my rim wasn’t on my basketball hoop, which is completely understandable! Just wanted to thank you guys.

We've been customers for close to 4 years and can't say enough about the positive experiences we've had with Bug Boys. They've treated several bee and wasp nests and infestations around our townhome over the years and they have the most professional treatment techs around. We especially love Danny. We contracted bug boys for a termite treatment. The rig had issues due to the cold weather. They promptly reached out to make me aware and got me rescheduled ASAP. We require picture of progress and bug boys made sure this was accomplished by the technician. I look forward to using them in the future.

Amazing staff! I couldn't belive how well they took care of our problem with mice. Literally gone just like that. Highly recommend this company and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Friendly customer service and never had an issue. Have them spray quarterly for bees and other bugs. Also, had house treated preemptively for termites. Always timely and affordable.

I was already using a pest control company that never mentioned anything about termites until they started offering their new termite service. I was skeptical since they didn't show me any evidence. I contacted Rory from Bug Boys and another company. The other company came out and did find minimal evidence of termites but I still wasn't satisfied. Rory from Bug Boys came out and did a very thorough inspection and found the real evidence. I am very happy with the service Rory and his crew provided.

I really like the guy who comes out to our house. He's really nice and knowledgeable. However, the lady who does booking seriously needs fired. As nice as she is she ALWAYS messes up scheduling. I usually get a call back after scheduling but if I'm scheduled super early nobody shows up and I have to call. A guy always calls saying I'm not on the schedule. Very frustrating!

This business owner raised money to help a 82 year old Navy Veteran retire from his cashier job at Walmart. That speaks volumes on his integrity as a human being. I’d most certainly trust his business ethics. Well done Rory!

Bug Boys did a wonderful job with our termite problem. Their staff are prompt and courteous. The owner is helpful and cares about his customers.

They did a great job taking care of our pest I will give them that was on time great communication! Took care of our lady bug problem which was pretty bad! Owner of company called me directly to handle a tough situation but was handled professionally it is tough being in business for yourself which is why we use local small company’s my hat goes off to the owner for reaching out to us and trying to rectify a tough situation

We used Allegany Pest Control first and paid out quite a lot of money to gain control of our pest issue, but after continuing to try to irradicate it over the course of a year and a half, we still had the problem.
Desperate, because Kevin from Allegany Pest Control said that this is just the kind of issue that doesn't go away completely, we decided to give Bug Boys a try for a free consult to see what they suggested.
They had a different plan to treat and the service sounded better, so we though we would try paying for one more treatment...
I am SO glad that we did! I have seen SUCH improvement that it pains me to think of the time and money wasted on Allegany Pest Control.

Bug Boys was very responsive on short notice. We had issues in our home (ants, spiders and carpenter bee damage). The owner (Rory) and his team measured the perimeter of our home, then took the time to sit down with us and review their services, frequencies and cost. We really appreciated that they laid out costs in full up front, so there were no surprises. The crew then did an amazing job trenching the perimeter for termite treatment, treating the basement and other parts of the interior for a variety of bugs and baiting for ants. The return of the perimeter looked better than when they started. The level of professionalism and hard work was outstanding! They were here for many hours. They were recommended by a neighbor, and we also highly recommend them! Thank you Bug Boys!

I’ve been working with this company since April of 2019 but I have to give a specific shout out to Danny as he was not only professional but fixed the problem with two separate wasps nests that were embedded in two different sides of my house. Not only did he remedy the problem, he educated my children on insect wildlife which they found very interesting. I couldn’t have done what he did as it required skill and patience. Rory came to my home and found that we did NOT have termites. In fact, the damage was caused by a different pest (powderpost beetles), and the beetles themselves were gone, so no need for treatment. This was after another company quoted me $1,000 to treat an active termite infestation. I ALWAYS trust a business that tells me I DON'T need their services. Whenever I do need pest control, Bug Boys has certainly earned my trust and my business.

spoke with owner. very honest about mosquito control. not going to take your money and the bugs are back a week later. very nice, honest and wants to save you $ however you got wasps ,ant problems this is your guy! appreciate his work ethic. nice in this day and age
