All of their workers are legally employed. Nine months after the roofing work was completed, I noticed the quality of the roof was good. However, a few craftsmanship details needed attention. The stove's exhaust vent was filled with debris which I had to clean out myself. There was also a weak spot on the roof where the underlayment should have been replaced but wasn't. Therefore, i was inclined to rate them four stars. It's been a year and a half since the roofing work was completed and thankfully, there are no leaks. This is particularly noteworthy considering we had previously engaged four other roofers who were unsuccessful in fixing the leaks. However, I kept finding nails around the perimeter of the house, some sheathing wasn't completed, and there were some areas that were not secured. Consequently, some parts of the roof would flex under pressure. I also noticed some sheathing that seemed to have old mold on it. It may have been inactive, but it should have been replaced. Considering these issues, i was compelled to downgrade my rating to three stars. However, i later revised my rating back to five stars. After I altered my initial five-star rating to a four and then a three, someone from the company, leo, noticed this. He contacted me to find out how they could rectify the situation. The team returned to my home, inspected the issues, and fixed them all. They even identified and rectified a few other incomplete tasks free of charge. i am extremely impressed and if I could give them a six-star rating, i definitely would.
