Got appointment in a day. Showed up at scheduled time. Very professional and nice. Did the job in a timely manner and with a reasonable price. They even came back twice because of no fault on their part we bought a defective brand new faucet from Moen . He came back and uninstalled and we got another one from store and they replaced that one.. WOOHOO no more leaks.
Even cleaned up the job when finished.

When I went online looking for a plumber I saw the picture of his family and knew this was going to be someone I could trust. I was not wrong. As a single woman i have to be careful with who I let into my house. I do not in any way feel uncomfortable or that I will be taken advantage of money wise. He does an excellent job and is down to earth.

Was suppose to repair a leak by a meter the repair lasted a month. When I reached out to inform them their repaired fail they came up and started digging where the issue was gave up because there was water offered to refund me after I provide an invoice from a different company for the repair. Told me they can’t do a temporary fix so they’re leaving a tenant and a church without water for a weekend until I can get somebody in there to fix it.

I thought I had a small kitchen sink leak in my century old home, but after digging around a bit it was apparent we had much bigger problems. The team that was here took care of everything, even though it quickly became a more involved project than any of us was expecting. They had us fixed up in half a day, and on-budget. Fantastic crew, and look forward to working with them again.

Had a sink pipe leak that a previous plumber claimed was fixed. Leak kept coming back. Brockmueller actually fixed it for good. Quick response, friendly guy.

I have used this business for two years for all my plumbing projects including clearing clogged household drains, repairing/replacing damaged pipes, clearing exterior drainage pipes, replacing hot water tank, toilet and bathroom vanity. It has always been easy to reach the plumber and schedule appointments. I have never had to recall him to fix any issues. Last, he always respectful snd easy to work with.

Andrew Brockmueller has been our plumber for a long time. He's installed Fridge ice maker lines, new shower hardware, new bathroom sink and toilet with new water lines(pictured), ......all done on time and in budget. We had Brockmueller Plumbing run water and sewer lines, and hot water tank, shower, toilet, and sink for our tiny house.

We had a notice of overconsumption from the city, citing a possible leak, my husband crawled under the house and saw that beside the leak we may have that our sink line was broken and draining into our crawl space. I contacted Andrew with the 2 issues, the possible leak and the broken pipe. Andrew had Tanner out within 24 hours to ascertain the issues we were having and provide us with detailed information on what was wrong and what options we had. In less than a day and a half from the time we called the broken pipe was fixed, the leak was found to be inside the water meter box. We appreciate how expeditious the work was done and how quickly the issue with the pipe has been resolved. Tanner was respectful of our property, listened to our concerns, and was really exceptional at explaining our issue, so a plumbing novice could understand. With our house aging and plumbing from the 1910’s we will definitely be using them for all
of our future needs.

Discovered a leak from the bathroom
on Thanksgiving, it had spread into the floor into an adjoining bedroom by the time we caught it and figured out it was plumbing and not coming through the roof. We turned off the main water to the house and called Friday morning, frantic. The plumbers were here within an hour-we live 40 minutes away so that is even more impressive than even just same day service! They were extremely prompt, professional, friendly and efficiently worked to remove the bathroom vanity, cut into the wall and repair the pinhole in the copper pipe that had caused such a tidal wave. I highly recommend Brockmeuller Plumbing and will be using them for future projects and (hopefully no more) any other plumbing emergencies I might suffer. Can’t thank them enough, so grateful for fast and knowledgeable help and to have water again, where it’s supposed to be!

Andrew came over and did some plumbing assessments and cross referencing it with our home inspection. He did a job for me in the past and it was done with quality. He was prompt and straightforward, answered my questions, And most importantly, it didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. After the assessment, he immediately got into his truck, wrote up a report, and emailed it to us. There is no waiting the next day for it. Highly recommend him.

We experienced issues with our Rheem Gladiator Wi-Fi water heater, where it stopped producing hot water and triggered an alarm that could be silenced. We have had Andrew (Brockmueller Plumbing) work on more than one plumbing project at our house. He and his apprentice, Tanner, are amazing guys and the work they did for us is exceptional! The hot water pipe that goes into the bathroom sink from the wall disintegrated when I was changing out the water shutoff valve. I did not have the tools to fix the problem. They had what I needed. Fixed my issue in a timely and professional manner. I definitely recommend there services. Pretty cost effective too boot.

Excellent experience!! Super nice guy. We had an emergency pipe break due to heavy amounts of ice and snow. We called several other places but Andrew was the only person who responded to us. He left his dinner to come help us and was able to troubleshoot and give us several alternatives as well. He was very polite and friendly and offered great support. Will be working with him again in the future.

Had a water leak in our kitchen ceiling on a Saturday. Andrew returned our phone call, arrived soon thereafter, identified the problem, and fixed it. Very knowledgeable, professional and competent. Highly recommended!

We had sewer backing up in our shower, and toilet not flushing. I was able to set a quick next day appointment to take look at what was going on. He knew right away and fixed the clog in the pipe outside our home. He was very friendly and professional. We would definitely use him again.

The water heater went out in our rental property. We got a quote from another company and due to the high price, we decided to get another opinion. Andrew was responsive and talked us through our options. He was able to find us a more economical solution and replaced the unit in a couple hours with minimum inconvenience to our tenant.
