Brockmeyer Tile & Stone

Brockmeyer tile & stone is hands down the best in forks and Fargo for tile. Needed a replacement tile last minute for a project and their friendly staff went above and beyond finding me exactly what I needed, even right before close. Highly recommend.

I had quartz countertops installed and they're absolutely Beautiful! I had a great experience when picking out my quartz and the installation process! I hired them back for my backsplash! Mike and his staff were fabolous!!

The process with Brockmeyer has been up and down. At our first visit, the employee that helped us was not very knowledgeable and steered us in the wrong direction. Thankfully we did not execute on the first go around and she is no longer with the company. The second round was much better until the installation. We worked with Hatton Granite and Brockmeyer in the last year and hands down would recommend Hattaon Granite. While the process at the start of round 2 with Brockmeyer went very well, we did not like the way the installation went. Don't get us wrong, the end result was great but did not need to require the extra work on our part. They called during installation and had mis-measured for the back splash, rather than re-cut the piece they wanted us to move our mirrors which would have come at significant cost to us. We said no and they re-cut the granite. After the install we found gaps between the wall and the back splash, one of which was 1/4". They never called us about this issue. We immediately called and indicated this was not acceptable only to find out they knew about it (apparently planning on leaving it that way and hoping we would not notice I guess). They met us back there the next day and put in some filler. The color was not quite right and the installer said he would have Brockmeyer call us to see if the color of the fill could be made to match a little better. That was two weeks ago and still no call. While the experience could have been worse, leaving the install looking as bad as it did, (resulting in more time spent for us to deal with it, and they could have taken care of it the same day) and having the seamless process with Hatton with a great install (they mis-measured in theirs as well but did not ask us to spend extra money so they would not have to re-cut) I would recommend working with Hatton Granite. Hatton also seemed a little more full service and flexible. If you chose to work with Brockmeyer the end result will be fine, just be sure to take the time to stay on top of the install.
