I received an estimate for tornado related damage from this place , they took 2 months to come repair soffit and metal sheets on the top and underside of the soffit. Chris promised it would be done to my satisfaction. However a section of the metal sheets was not properly installed and about a week after the job was done , we had slight gusty wind and off flew a panel of metal sheeting sailed across my yard like a flying razor blade. Luckily no one was injured except a pear tree. So I called Chris Briscoe about what had happened and he said he'd come out and repair it however all I got was " Im soo busy" excuses every several days when I would inquire about the repair to the metal sheeting. In the meantime we had more gusty wind and now the other sheeting is sagging. And is a hazard to myself and my disabled veteran husband. But still kept getting excuses about how busy Chris is , finally I get a text message saying he'd be out the next day , well he never showed up and when messaged him.. all I got is another excuse.. I am soo incredibly disappointed in Chris Briscoe. I'd never recommend using this company for any repairs or work due to the shotty work and endless excuses about how busy he is and apparently his word isnt worth the paper its written on..
Just Shameful. Looks like have to hire someone else to fix this hazard.
