We had Mike complete the inspection on our new build last year and then again at the 11 month mark for warranty items. Mike did an amazing job and took his time going through our house both times. The detailed reports for both inspections were extremely helpful when dealing with the builder in correcting issues discovered. We highly recommend Mike, he is professional, courteous, thorough, and responsive.
