Called them to come give me a price on a roof leak I knew right where it was coming from .I showed the one nail he didn't even go up into the attic he looked up the scuttle hole and said mmhhmm your roof cap vent is loose be about 600 dollars need to replace the whole thing ! with out even going on the roof at this point. Then he went up on the roof measured came down with a price of 775.00. today I had the ONE nail repaired and sealed the vent it was NOT loose.
