The customer service there hung up on me three times in a row ... sorry will not put up with that very unfriendly people and they got little high-school kids up at the front desk talking crazy to grown ups sheesh ! No thank you ill take my business somewhere else gladly!

Friendly and helpful have a lot of parts needed and my profession it is my go-to store in Chickasha Oklahoma

The guys were very helpful in trying to locate in town a replacement heating element for my out of date water heater. Check out was very friendly and helpful

This is the only place I purchase stihl anything. Chainsaws, weed eaters, even mowers. These guys are a great team and know where everything is. Always willing to help, we don’t like going anywhere else.

Went to get 3 different keys the only had one and didn't seem to care that they didn't have the ones I needed not offer a time or date I might check back

This place is a gem in a one horse town. Great service, fair prices, and they have what you need. Ace is the place. I have been in some pretty depressing Ace stores, corporate might need to take a look at this one and try to duplicate it.
