I've worked with Will on a roof repair, gutter repair and miscellaneous repair that I needing for the siding on a house and he has been so great every time. They come on time and charge a very fair rate for their quality work. I work in property management and I will continue to use Brambila & Sons for all our roofing needs. Highly recommend!

We moved into our home in January and immediately had to replace our roof in March after finding a leak in a skylight. After receiving 4 different bids we went with Brambila & Son's. They gave us the best bid to replace our entire roof, did it within 3 days and cleaned up after they were finished. They have even come out any time we've had any concerns or questions since the replacement. We're grateful for their prompt communication and follow through! We hired this company has a subcontractor came out, looked at our project more than once we agreed on a certain price to do all the work labor cost, and material. Give him a whole bunch of money. He did half of the work that a bad job and then wanted the rest of the money in cash. Beware of this person. He said he was gonna provide a contract. Never did everything done by text messages. He’s not a man of his word, they do bad work.

My family used Art and Brambila & Sons to redo their roof in East Renton Highlands and they did an excellent job and gave us a great price and I had a GC friend come and check after and said they checked all the box's!

I've had a lot of roof repair/construction over the years and have learned the hard way that many roofers engage in shady business practices. Artur was extremely knowledgeable of my cedar shake roof and was kind enough to come inspect it at no charge ... and without knowing that I would choose him. There was no need to consult other roofers and off to the races we went! Artur and his son, Will came and cleaned my shake roof (not easy work and must be done more gentle than harsh) and repaired the damaged shakes. My roof is beautiful and I'm very satisfied. And there cleanup was AMAZING!!! In this day-and-age of so many poor deliveries of customer service, Brambil & Son's LLC is a rock star outfit.

Outstanding service and quality workmanship. Honest and dependable with excellent communication and rapid results. Another roofer had told me my entire roof needed to be replaced, even though new shingles had been put on in 2014 just before I bought my house. I was devastated to think that what I believed to be a solid roof was now going to cost me upwards of $30,000 to replace. Brambila and Sons gave me a much more honest opinion, however, only a section of the roof needed replacement, the rest just needed repair and they had a certified expert able to do the job! Top quality materials were used and they back their work as well as materials with a written guarantee. What would have cost me $30,000 with the other roofer cost me only $3,000 with Brambila and Sons! These are men with the knowledge, skill, and experience to get the job done right, but who also have the integrity and honesty to make you feel confident in your decision to hire them. They take pride in their work and are true craftsmen. I highly recommend this small family business.
