RUN!!..Took over 100k and never finished the job. Only worked about 50k worth of work. Told us his business account was frozen due to IRS issues and our money was frozen with it.. he tells us 18k is only left out of that money anyway. We kept paying and paying but job was not moving along..using family as excuses after excuses..always want people sympathy but never cared about others. My poor inlaws will be homeless soon..Horrible experience. Left without completing the job demanding more money for materials which was already paid for
He said job will take 4months its been 9months. Never shows up at work for over sight. makes false promises. Make excuses for everything. Doesn't pay his subs. Takes money refuses to pay for anything. Will definitely take him to court but RUN as far as u can from him before u dig urself in a deep whole. GOT THE BEST LAWYER FOR THIS CASE CANT WAIT

I hired Joe to renovate two small bathrooms (5x10 and 4 x 7). The job was supposed to take 4 weeks because they were small, but after demolition of the first one, he constantly didn't show sometimes only coming by once in an entire week, always with different excuses. After 10 weeks, he still hadn't even finished the first bathroom and then walked away from the job leaving me with an unfinished bathroom that I had to hire another contractor to complete. I would definitely not recommend.
