We contacted BMG to look at water damage to our house. We got a very fast reply and estimate. Mario was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew did an excellent job, were very courteous, and completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

When I was downsizing to a smaller home last year I needed some repairs to my roof. Rain was getting in around the chimney and it created mold on the inside of my roof. I was getting unbelievable estimates from everyone. I had Best Maintenance Group look at it and got a very good estimate for the job. Mario was very fair and honest. He started work on it within the week. His crew was courteous and professional.
The quality of their work was very good. I also had him repair a custom window that everyone else was telling me that I had to have it replaced. The house past inspection and sold for more than listed price. Mario's prices was fair and the quality of work was so good that I had him do a complete remodel on my kitchen and remodel all three bathrooms in my new home. The finished projects were amazing. Granite countertops with a stainless steel sink and all new plumbing. Brand new cabinets and beautiful porcelain tile floor. All new vanities, faucets and bathtub fixtures. New toilets and a porcelain tile floor in the master bath. They also finished my garage walls. Work has now moved the family out to California. Already accepted an offer on my house. Guess who I called to fix some minor repairs on the outside? BMG...Mario was out here with his crew within a few days. Job was completed and I saved some money. Mario and his team are AWESOME. Straightforward estimates, punctual arrivals, and great work. I hired them for drywall repair, painting, and demoing my kitchen. They were efficient and everything looks great.

Editing to add - I've hired Mario's team again, this time to renovate my bathroom. They replaced the tile floor with a vinyl sheet, replaced the vanity and mirror, and patched/smoothed drywall and repainted the walls. We couldn't be happier with them, and will be hiring them again soon to replace our deck!

We highly recommend Mario and BMG for home remodeling projects. We had them paint the interior of our home on a tight schedule since our moving day was looming. They were fairly priced, did excellent work and finished on schedule. In addition, Mario was very pleasant to work with. We were so pleased we have been recommending to family and friends. We will definitely be calling them for our next project.

They've done two projects for me - for gutters and roof repair - and they've done a very good job. Reasonable price, fast work and they can do a variety of services. I will definitely call them again.

Mario and his crew were great. They power washed my house and garage, did all the prep for painting....scrape, caulk, tape off...and painted. My house and garage look amazing.
The paint crew were professional, and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Mario also did some exterior repair work at my mother's house ..gutters and soffets ..after she was ripped off by another contractor. She was very happy with the results. I hired BMG for my kitchen remodel as well. They demo'd to the studs, beefed up the electrical, added recessed lighting, re insulated, drywalled and painted. It looks great.

hired Best Maintenance Group to repair some very rotten siding on my house in a few places. Mario and his crew were great and easy to work with! I had some difficult to match siding on the back of my house and they even custom cut pieces to make them match perfectly. They worked quickly and cleaned up after everyday. Would recommend them and use them in the future!

Problem: Rotted trim boards,missing caulk,weathered paint. Solution: Call Best Maintenance Group. After taking out some over grown bush's around our house i discovered the problems. In just three day's Mr. Martinez and his wonderful crew of men replaced several rotten trim board's caulked everything and applied a fresh coat of paint. They transformed our house from tired and weather beaten to looking like new again. Everyone comments on how much better our house look's and ask's who did the work. And i proudly tell them BMG. I could not be happier with the work they did. We will definitely hire them again.

BMG is a fantastic crew. We had them recently complete two large-scale projects on our house. First we hired them to complete a wood siding replacement job on our house. They replaced a large amount rotting wood siding that we had. They did a fantastic job. They did a great job of painting and replacing the wood and it looks pristine. Mario is not only an exemplary professional as the head and owner of BMG, but also has fantastic people skills and bends over backwards to serve his customers. We live on Indy East Side and Mario drove over from the west side numerous times to make sure we were happy with everything and to make sure everything was good. We also hired BMG to replace our roof and some window screens and downspouts. Mario sent his crew out on the day they were scheduled to replace the roof and they started at the crack of dawn. They worked very hard and, here is where BMG really shines. There was a massive thunderstorm moving in that was due to hit by 10 or 11PM in the evening. The crew could have easily stopped work for the day and come back the next day like a lot of companies would have, and left the roof unfinished, leaving us exposed to leaks and damage from the storm. But instead, they stayed until the last ray of sun dropped behind the horizon to make sure that the roof was fully finished, the mess was cleaned up, and they were completely out of there. We were astonished at their efforts and couldn't believe the care they showed to get our roof finished to prevent us from having storm damage later that night. BMG is a fantastic, hard-working company and they receive my highest recommendation for any home repairs you need. Give them a call, you will NOT be disappointed.

Mario did a fantastic job matching the vinyl siding to our house! It blends in perfectly. He was also very kind to help load his truck with some items we needed to take to the dumpster. I would definitely recommend Best Maintenance Group!
