Blue Water Restoration

My experience with Blue Water Restoration was great. Everyone arrived at my house timely and did great work and they were all so nice and were knowledgeable about their work and wanted to do a good job. I am very pleased with my new siding and windows and the odd jobs they completed. I definitely will contact Blue Water for any future work.

The gals in the office as well as the guys cleaning were all very very nice and accommodating!! I will have them clean my carpets again!!!

Blue Water Restoration responded to my need immediately, and identified the issue so they could provide me with options in how I wanted the repair. Once I made a decision they quickly executed and followed up shortly after to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
It's really nice to work with someone you can rely on, is reasonably priced, and gets the job done!

Did a wonderful job, were very polite, helped move the appliances, communication was a little slow at times but overall was very happy. Would definitely recommend them.

Blue Water Restoration was so good to work with. Their response time was amazing from getting a quote to finishing the project. We are very pleased and will use them again.

Sewer line backed up into basement that we had just remodeled. Kaden came to our rescue. The carpets look and smell brand new. You would never know we had an issue. I am over the moon at how great it turned out. KADEN - we are so happy and grateful.

Unfortunately there was some bad water trapped under a shower and soaked up our newly cleaned carpet. Kaden came to the rescue again. Everything looks so new and clean. Thanks again, Kaden.

Did a great job on replacing my privacy fence! Communication could have been a little better. I tried asking the workers some questions but they did not speak English. They did do everything I asked for.. I do however still have some old posts and extra materials still sitting in my front yard. They said they would pick them later but they’re still there. Hopefully they’ll pick them up soon.

From the moment that the phone rang and was answered I knew I was dealing with very professional, caring and compassionate people. She listened to my Medical problems I was currently having and knew they were urgent. She wasted no time in contacting their team and having someone out to my home within the hour. I have never been so impressed with a local business as I was impressed with them today.
The gentleman who came out to my home was courteous, friendly, very professional, and again Listened intently to the issues I’ve been having. Then went to work to see if he could locate anything within my home that could be causing it.
So again, a great company great employees would recommend them to any and everyone.

I cannot say enough about this company or the people who work there. They are definitely there for the customers and I did have a complicated request. They worked with me and could not have been more helpful. My furniture was fixed, and I am very pleased and grateful for their help. When I discovered that they fix, install, replace, or whatever you need, I decided that I never have to go any further than Blue Water Restoration. You won’t find better anywhere. I just hope they don’t get so busy that I’ll have to wait to hire them!!

They have a long list of household repairs, window washing, assembling new furniture and endless repairs around a home or business they offer the public in central NE. Kind, hard working, competent, knowledgeable employees. They are a great service.

Caden came and cleaned our carpet which I’ve been wanting to have done but kept putting it off. He was so nice, thorough and fast. He’s coming back for another job I thought of for him.

The guys showed up when they said and everything was picked up and cleaned before they left. Will definitely use them again.

Kaden and Tristan did an extremely great job at carpet cleaning and gutter flushing. They were friendly, courteous, and finished the job in a good time frame even tho the weather wasn’t great. John was easy to schedule with also. I will definitely use them again for any of their many services.

Communication has been thorough and timely. The mold sample report was detailed and explained over the phone. Remediation and construction work is currently ongoing but has been seeming to go efficiently so far. Impressed with the professionalism and communication.

Had them clean my dryer vent. Was able to get an appointment within a few days of contacting them. They said they would be here between 8:30-9, showed up at 8:20 which was awesome! They were quick and efficient and very reasonable price! Left no mess! Highly recommend!

Blue Water Restoration has been awesome to work with. They were at our house 30 minutes after I called (it was even on a Saturday). They completely the project promptly & left our home clean!!

JT got us in very quickly, our master bathroom had mold in it. He made us a priority, and was very thorough with the process. They picked up after themselves, swept and even scrubbed the floor for us. We’re so excited for our future bathroom remodel, I strongly recommend Blue Water!

John and Blue Water did a fabulous job with a project for me. They were very easy to communicate with and got me an estimate right away. They continued to communicate with me throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the outcome. It turned out wonderful and was done quickly and with high quality. We were on the schedule within a few days. The two gentlemen who came to do the work were prompt and efficient. They were courteous and did a great job.
