This company recently rebuilt our back deck, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The deck was in need of a lot of attention, so naturally I had a lot of questions. Jon was so patient. He took the time to explain every detail, presented me with various options and helped me choose what best fit my preferences and budget. He also didn’t push for unnecessary work or upsell anything that wasn’t required. He and his team were incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process, and I felt confident in the decisions we made together. The finished deck looks fantastic! We had this company come out to do some work on our deck and front porch. Our second story deck was in pretty rough shape, but Jon did not try to pad the estimate with any unnecessary work. The front porch job was added after the initial proposal was made and I believe has added greatly to our curb appeal aesthetic. There was one issue that I requested be changed because of symmetry, and Jon was out the next day to make that change. This requested change had nothing to do with the quality of the workmanship on the original job completed. The crew was very professional and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. We are very happy with both areas now that they are completed and would recommend this professional company to do any work you might need.
