Our company provided approved advertising services for this business after receiving written confirmation and clear approval from the owner. Unfortunately, despite multiple reminders and good faith efforts to resolve the matter, payment has not been received. Communication abruptly ceased after the work was completed, and attempts to reach the business have been ignored. Disappointing experience from what initially appeared to be a professional engagement.

Installed our roof, and it's leaked since install. The company has offered no recent support on repairs or fixing and has offered no compensation. We are filing a complaint with L& I against this companies Bond and Insurance.

For clarification. We did have our chimney fixed by the company you sent out to “fix it” we even split this cost with you!!!! and surprise our roof is still leaking

We had our roof done by this company.

Owner didn’t do the work and simply subcontracted it out to someone else. We are happy you confirmed that they did work for you in response so it will be your insurance and bond, thank you for confirmation… We took a screen shot of your response

We have had a leak since installation and contacted multiple times. He’s came out and offered to send someone out, they did work to “fix it”, we split the bill with company. This was last year.

Contacted again this year to say roof is literally leaking water. Owner basically has ignored us since contacting again aside from one text saying he contacted his guy. Not going to chase down company to do work they obviously don’t stand behind. Will be seeking compensation through this companies insurance and bond.

We even paid more than quoted original price since owner said it cost more so we even paid additional amount . We have tried to play fair ball all the way around including increase price and splitting cost of “repair work”

Michael and his crew did an outstanding job. Every single step, every single potential issue and problem, every single cost change (even if it was $50) was communicated in a timely and thorough fashion.

We got regular updates, photos, and videos about what was going on with our roof. The cost was more than fair, and all cost changes were communicated to us quickly and the reasons why.

Michael Blanchard was hired to reseal my mothers roof. While working on the job, his employee stepped wrong and cracked my moms ceiling. They immediately put up a new celling, which is good, but it was put up before the damages could be analyzed by any of us. In other words between the roof and the ceiling.

Unfortunately they did not reinforce it correctly which left the ceiling sagging badly. Once realized (I live out of town so I can only review it when I arrive in town) he was called on to fix the sagging. He/his crew added screws down the center, which did not "grab onto" anything which means it is still sagging and still not repaired to its prior condition, as a matter of fact the screws he/his crew put down the center serve no purpose but to act as a decoration if they don't "grab" onto anything.

This also means the damages caused by his employee between the ceiling and the roof were not properly fixed, only covered up. We have now had to file reports with the Better Business Bureau to ask for assistance. All we wanted was for him to repair the damages his employee caused. The ceiling and anything else damaged during that mishap must be brought back to the original condition prior to their accident.

Michael with Blanchard contractors is an upstanding contractor. He came out to put a bid in on a complete roof replacement and accidentally bent my new extruded gutters in a spot with a ladder. He was on the spot and paid right away to have it repaired. His bid was very reasonable also.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
