Blackstone Roofing - Warden, WA

I have used Blackstone 3 separate times. Twice to repair different problems sections my roof after windstorms, and once to replace the roof.

Both repairs were completed within a few days of the initial call.

We discussed replacing the roof after the first repair, and they quickly sent an estimate. I had 3 other roofing companies provide estimates. The pricing by Blackstone was far and away the best, as was the schedule. All the others were months out.

After the second repair, which a large section of shingles had blown off, I scheduled the entire roof replacement for a week later. I picked the type of shingles, and was made aware of the warranty.

The entire roof was replaced in 2.5 days. They started on Friday morning and finished up Sunday morning. The cleanup was immaculate. We walked the perimeter of the house afterwards, and only found one small piece of debris.

Blackstone scheduled a 6 month inspection before they left.

I was impressed by the workmanship, quality of the shingles, and the work ethic of Blackstone. I would use them again, but since I have 50 year shingles, I don’t expect to. If a shingle does happen to come off, I was assured they would come out to make things right.

I highly recommend them.
