I called them with a front out put seal out and Saul found other problems. They got me in right away and got me fixed up. Saul was my mechanic and he puts alot of pride in his work and does it right the first time. The folks here communicate with you to let ya now what and how it's going and that goes a long way And they are friendly. The price was fair for what they done.would I take my truck there again most DEFINITELY... I would . I recommend these guys to all i now in the trucking industry and freinds.

I had an issue with my semi truck batteries and stopped by this shop without an appointment. They took care of me right away! Saul was the mechanic who worked on my truck—he was fast, professional, and really knew what he was doing. I was back on the road in no time. Great service and highly recommended for any truck repairs!

I called an let me know what the cost would be upfront, no hidden fees. I love honest people/shops. Got here an saul(I think I spelled his name right) took care of us right away. Greeted us an looked at the truck to make sure they had the part. He confirmed they had an fixed my air tanks. He'll they gave my daughter popcorn an a water bottle for the wait. Great shop to get work done on trailer at good speed and reasonable rates. Called in and gave headsup same day, they started work on trailer (lights rewiring, hub replacement, brake champer and ABS light) as soon as we got to shop and got a bunch of work completed same day. Keep up the good work!

Broke down over in Mt Sterling ,Ky with a blown break chamber. These guys here were awesome, quick and efficient good labor rates highly recommend.

Great place to work with, very knowledgeable. We are located in Michigan, and our truck needed work in Kentucky. We reached out to Big Trucks and Toys for towing and repair. These guys are amazing! Very professional, and very friendly. I had an air hose leaking and they got me in right away and I was in out within an hour. Great work, and I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Can't express how great these guys are. I had a push rod broken, called them and they told me to come by and see what they can do (repair or replace). Got there they took my info, tech took a look walked and out the shop and within 5 minutes it was fixed. Paperwork took much longer. Great service highly recommend it.

Big Trucks and Toys are fantastic. We got off of the interstate with a high temp indication on one of our 5th wheel RV wheel sensors and found these great folks on the internet. We went in told them our problem, they diagnosed it immediately, located and procured the parts, made the repair, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. What wonderful, caring people they are! They were great! Thank you.

I broke down due to my hotshot gooseneck trailer air bags going down and Jeff went out of his way when all of his roadside guys were out and literally got me off the side of the road! I got to the shop and they were very very professional. You never wish to be back in the same situation again but if you do this is the shop you want to take care of you!

There was awful experience. There should be law on these Machenics .they don’t know how is the trucking industry surviving. We don’t have even money for food in these days .I went there for change the trailer blow out tire .I changed the tire with my spare tire .They took more than 3 hour to change the tire and charge me 3 hour labor 362$ and total is 459$ for one tire change .Everyone know they price of change the tire is 50$.So if you are going there please make sure they will charge you correctly.I am sharing the picture.

Got 4 new drive tires and swapped old ones with bad trailer tires. Great price, amazing service and super friendly staff! Jason and Everett did great work and Stephanie in the office was fantastic also. They even gave a ride to previous customer to airport because he couldn't find uber and flight was leaving soon. Above and beyond service. Wish everyone was as competent and honest as them. Appreciate you and Thank you!

First of all, I was very surprised to see that they were open on a Saturday called them first thing in the morning to see if they could service my truck they said yes absolutely bring it on in. I was in and out in about an hour. Awesome people to work with.

We had 2 blowouts on our large living quarters horse trailer packed to go to Florida with 2 horses on board, in the pouring rain. We called BIG TRUCKS AND TOYS to see if they could get us on the road again. They were there within a hour. Dustin was great, had one tire changed then we pulled down the road to a safer place to change the other tire. We were only 15 miles from home so we chose to limp home and get new tires locally. After the turn around at the exit heading back home, our truck tire went flat! Luckily Dustin was right behind us as we pulled off the side of the road and changed the truck front tire in 10 minutes! We are grateful he was there and paying attention!
Everyone I dealt with at BIG TRUCKS AND TOYS was polite and helpful from the receptionist Stephanie to owner Jeff and especially Dustin. I highly recommend BIG TRUCKS AND TOYS for your needs.

I picked up a load in town and swung by to get a slack adjuster replaced on my Peterbilt 379. They had it replaced and ready to roll in just a few hours! Very friendly people. I definitely recommend going here when you’re in the area.

Trekking from KY to NC with my dad’s boat I found myself with a driver side wheel on the boat trailer smoking down I-64. Knowing nothing about the area, I had to search for a trailer repair shop. Luckily Big Trucks and Toys was under 2 mi away. Limped it to the shop and they got to work right away. Customer service was top notch, work was thorough and done quickly, and the price couldn’t be beat. After a new set of bearings, hub and rotor I was back on the road to old Ft. Bragg. Thanks Big Trucks! Hope I’m never in that kinda spot again, but if I ever need anything in that area I know where my first and only call will be.

Would highly recommend. Nice people and good service, they got right too finding and fixing my problem. Conveniently located off the highway, and the most important part, they didn't try to take advantage and kill my pocket. Would most definitely go back.

Went to the Shop early in the morning, really nice people they receive me with a nice greeting,my truck had a upper steering arm loose so they looked right a way with no problem or excuses, they removed knuckle arm, cleaned up and reinstalled everything!!! Less than a hour I was out with a good price also !!! But most importantly the way they treat me !!! Professional and nice shop very rare to find people and shop like this one !!!

I was getting loading at a reciever about 20 mins minutes down the road when I heard my brake chamber losing air. Gave these guys call to see if they had the part. Got there around 430pm and the mechanic had that part on before the paperwork was completed. These guys work fast to get you back on the road. This the place to come to cor repairs if you are near by

Amazing service. The owner fixed my trailer lights with a simple trick at no charge. I was in and out in minutes. I'll definitely come back anytime i need work done in the area. If you want an HONEST mechanic this place is for you!

Excellent shop!! Very helpful and friendly! I had a issue with my trailer that need to be fixed I was under a load and had to go they got me back on the road as quickly as they could and got the job done I would highly recommend their service to anyone

It's hard to find people who go the extra mile and take pride in their work. This is the place to find them. We brought our RV and car in to install a tow package and have the RV serviced for our next trip. This place is over 90 miles from our home and when one of the parts from the manufacturer was defective, the owner lent us his car since until the replacement arrived. Really outstanding people.

Great job super friendly staff called to see if I could get a service on my road tractor on a Saturday they got me in even had to go to local parts store to get one of my filters and got me serviced and back out in a very timely fashion and excellent price highly recommend giving Jeff and the guys a call if you ever in the area thanks again guys see you next trip.

The moment I saw them open at 5 AM on the dot, I knew this was gonna be a great place to get my truck fixed. Just had a flat and needed alignment. The wait time was a little bit longer than expected but their service was great. Great customer service too. Prices were also fair.
Next time I breakdown I want it to be near this shop so they can work on my truck again.

The owner of this shop is literally the most amazing person I have met. He was a blessing by getting me on a Saturday but also went above and beyond to exceed expectations. In early March my wife and I stopped with our toy wagon to have it winterized as we were rolling north to our home at p.e.i. Canada and the temps there are very much winter in early March.
The service and the conversations were very much top notch. Work done well and promptly!!!! I would rate this as one of the top shops I have been too. And when i as a retired truck driver that wandered North America as an INDEPENDENT TRUCK CO.owner for 25 years rate this shop among the top shops I have been to it is very high praise indeed. Because quite frankly I’ve been too to many truck shops.
A side note, my next time rolling south for the winter I would like to unload a bike and ride with a few of the staff members. This shop repairs motorcycles also and all the mechanics ride.

I’ve NEVER been somewhere work related that showed me so much hospitality. The energy, the atmosphere, the conversation, the coffee! These People are PEOPLE PEOPLE! The service the mechanic did was in such a effective and reason time due to me having to deliver a load. For such a wonderful price as well. The conversations I had with Paul and Leanne settled the edgy feeling every driver has when having to spend downtime for maintenance. I appreciate them so much. They don’t make people like them no more nowadays. Such a rarity. I RECOMMEND this place to ALL truckers and civilians combined.

My husband and I were stuck with frozen brake drums on our tractor and trailer in a Walmart parking lot. Jeff was so kind enough to give us knowledge on what to do to unfreeze them. He also came to the Walmart to check on us and give us a hand. Thank you sir we appreciate it very much.

Last week I blew a wheel bearing. I called big trucks and toys they were able to get me in and out that day. The owner worked on it and stayed tell the job was done after the shop closed. Any were else it would have been 5times the labor and a new axel. If I need work done and I’m in that area I’ll go here first.

These guys did a great job, I travel cross country as a Pipeline Welder and my rig lost a U-Joint completely shutting me down. When I called they were friendly and told me no problem bring it right in and they would get me fixed right up. They were fast, reasonably priced and the quality of their work is top notch. I highly recommend and thanks a million for getting me going again.
