We are thrilled with the job Lior and his team did. Lior expertly navigated several supply-chain demand issues, promptly finishing our extensive remodel without any delay or cutting corners. Lior is an amazing communicator: he did a terrific job keeping us regularly updated about the project (without being reminded to do so); was great at explaining what our options were with any particular decision; and most importantly, never called to simply inform us of a "problem" - he always had a solution to propose. The drive to find an ideal solution and not simply throw his hands up in the air when confronted with an issue is why Lior is so special. In doing all this, we never felt that Lior was trying to cut corners or make a quick buck: he genuinely wanted to do the best job possible. Indeed, on numerous occasions Lior upgraded the materials he was using on our project without charging us because he wanted to make the finished project perfect. And he adroitly navigated LA's building permits process. Finally, Lior's team is super skilled and professional, and the subcontractors he uses - everyone ranging from designers, electricians, and glass makers -- are top notch as well.
