I researched roofing companies for several months and I am so grateful I found Better Roofing Solutions. Manuel and his team did an outstanding job roofing my house! He took photos of areas where the wood had rotted and was replaced. He removed my old roof fans and added roof vents and repaired the area at the base of my chimney to improve water flow around it. Manuel and his crew worked hard for long hours and were constantly cleaning and picking up nails. Manuel is a roofer who works WITH his team. He is honest and dependable and will give you a good price. I could not be happier with my choice of Better Roofing Solutions!!
Manuel arrived early to give me an estimate, was a pleasure to work with, and very knowledgeable. The leak in our roof was in a tight spot and difficult to work in, but the estimate was still reasonable. Manuel took pictures, explained the problem and offered estimates for multiple solutions.
After completing the job they cleaned up very well. I believe we got a quality, long-term solution and the price was reasonable.
