Before we bought our house, our realtor gave us the info of who fixed our house. The plumber, roofer & such. Well, the first time when it rained hard the roof leaked & it leaked into the kitchen. Warranty was only good for 2 years but we got them just before the 2 year warranty was over & they came by to fix the leak. Now that the 2 year warranty is over, it's raining hard again & the roof is leaking in the same place. WTH?!? Sorry guys but your roofing sucks! Consumers, If your to buy a house that was roofed from these guys or thinking about going through these guys to reroof, look at another house with longer warranty (your realtor should know or will get the answer) or look to another roofer with longer warranty. The guy who paid these guys to do the roof wanted the minimal warranty (which is 2 years). So less money out of his pocket. I asked the guy who came over who so called fixed our leak, I asked him if I can extend the warranty. He said nope & that's it. It was practically a year ago when it rained hard which made the roof leaked. Now looking for another roofer to fix the leak.
