Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Bella Roofing — I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with precision, speed, and professionalism. Roofing materials were delivered on Thursday, the dumpster arrived Friday, and by 8 AM Saturday morning, the crew was hard at work.

By 4 PM the same day, my roof was completely done — and not just done, but flawlessly installed and cleaned up so well it was like they were never there. I counted at least 17 hardworking crew members all moving with purpose and coordination. Their efficiency was nothing short of incredible.

Really great communication from Jon. Completed the roof when they said and in good timing. My biggest issue is the smart vents. While I understand their purpose and Jon was will to provide a warranty and explanation, they are visually unattractive (detracts from curb appeal) and already causing issues with a potential sell of the home. The look and placement of the vents should be discussed with the owners before installation. We will need to have them covered or redone.

Everything was perfect!!! I called for a proposal and had it the same day. Approved proposal and they dropped off samples the next day. Three days later they came and installed house and garage roofs in 4 hours. Left area completely spotless. They even replaced the shingles on a 10'X10' shed. (it wasn't included in the proposal, but they did it for free) I can't say enough good things about this company. If you want it done right at a good price this is the company to call. I first went on roofing estimates online and determined my square footage for my roof. Then a few companies gave me their price. Bellas was the best price and they replaced two of my neighbors roofs so I saw their work. The owner Jon was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns about replacing my skylights and fixing leaks around my chimneys. Jon even came out to remeasure my skylights before setting a date for the installation of the shingles and skylights. The dumpster and shingles were delivered the day before with no issues. On the day of installation the crew arrived early and had the job completed in a few hours. Cleanup was thorough and I had nothing to do once they left. They then went to my other house and installed the shingles there. Once again a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Unforeseen circumstances prevented the work being done on the scheduled day. That said, once they were here, they were professional and very fast. My fairly small house was done, start to finish, in two hours. Other than a new roof, can’t tell any work was done here. Everything cleaned up. Very satisfied. Thank you
However, yesterday, I saw the front fascia was falling and the wind was catching it and making it fall more. It was dislodged then the old drip edge was replaced and not secured when the new one was put on. My son fixed it

Bella‘s roofing did an outstanding job. They are very professional and they went above and beyond to give me first class service. They came in the morning and finish the big job within 10 hours and he replaced my skylights eight of them. I called several other companies and they quoted me twice as much as he did on the job and it was gonna take the other companies 2 to 3 days to finish the job. He knocked it out within one day unbelievable, I would highly recommend John’s company over anyone else. Giving him five stars is not enough. I wish they had 10 stars for this company. That’s how well they did. I am going to tell everybody to support this small business Bella‘s roofing is a diamond in the rough.

This review has been a long time coming. Our roof was installed in Oct of 2022. Jon was our contact and he was good with communicating the details of our roof install. The crew was able to complete our roof in 1 day on a 2500 square foot 2 story home. If I had one gripe, it would be on the final clean up; they should have been more meticulous, especially with the nail clean up around the perimeter of the home and the driveway. Their pricing was by far and away better the the next competitor as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new roof. Solid company!! Thanks Jon!
