We had a great experience with Behr’s! After we inquired they came out quickly to measure and provide us with flooring options and a quote, and when the time came for the install they did a fantastic job. It only took them a few hours to do an entire floor of our house. We love our new flooring!

The whole processes was extremely efficient, and I had new carpet within about two weeks from placing my order. The installer was extremely nice and did a great job. We couldn’t be happier with Behr’s USA Flooring. When we originally went to the store, we were met with a friendly associate who dropped everything to assist us in looking at samples of both carpet and LVP. We were able to bring samples home which was very helpful, and when we called to ask about scheduling we were given a very reasonable time frame. The installers were so nice and worked with our schedules to finish the job. Not even four weeks after initially visiting, our entryway and entire upstairs has been beautifully re-done! Our flooring is so beautiful and I would highly recommend Behr’s USA Flooring to anyone and everyone.

I've never had such an easy time buying carpet. I went in and talked about what I needed and they showed me exactly what I asked for. No upsell, no hard sell on anything. We scheduled my install and I was on my way home.

This is the second time that we have purchased carpet from Behr's Flooring.
Both experiences have been very positive. The quality of the carpets that they supply is very high. They have a wonderful selection and offer excellent advice during the selection process. Jerry Behr is personally involved in the business and his expertise and experience are vital to the business. The sales staff are also very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.
Lastly, the quality carpet is followed by quality installation. Both of our installers for the two separate projects were very conscientious and it was obvious that they cared about their work and were experienced.
I would highly recommend Behr as a quality supplier who will work with you to choose and install the best product for your flooring needs.

All the people involved with the installation of our beautiful new carpet, from helping to pick it out and giving us an estimate, to the actual installment, were professional, thoughtful, and timely. Dan did a great job of laying the pad and carpet and has a great work ethic. This won't be our last purchase from Behr's USA Carpets and Flooring. We are very pleased with the results.

Behr's was great to work with all around from the flooring selection process to final installation. They are quick to respond and very helpful. Once a flooring decision was made, install was scheduled quickly. We decided to do floor leveling in different areas and in our old house, the subfloor was not as expected. An alternative plan was quickly decided with the same desired outcome. We had a few challenging areas due to the age of the house and multiple additions but everything flows nicely. Overall, we are very pleased with Behr's and highly recommend them!

Had over half of the carpet replaced in our house and the entire process working with Behr Flooring was top notch. Based on what I wanted in a carpet Jerry gave me some great options and I absolutely love the carpet we ended up picking out. He was very helpful with his knowledge of finding a very durable, yet soft carpet. All communication and customer service we encountered was superb. We had to reschedule due to COVID and they were very accommodating. As they started to install our carpet, the installer noticed a defect in the carpet and promptly made arrangements to remedy the situation. They told us it would be 1 1/2-2 weeks to get the new order, but it ended up being only 1 week and they were back out putting the not defective carpet in and finishing they job. It was a defect that we would not have noticed, so we really appreciated they pointing it out and making sure we got the quality we paid for. Looking forward to working with them in the future for the remainder of our house.

There were items in stock, so no waiting for items that have been held up due to production shut downs. The installers (both flooring and carpet) were on time and professional. We had flooring installed in 2 rooms. They charge to have movers come out to move furniture, but actually the installers move it. They tried to leave the threshold piece at a 45 degree angle. When I asked to have it installed correctly, he said, well most people step Over the threshold so it shouldn't matter. REALLY???? When I wouldn't agree, he finally fixed it.

Behr's Flooring was amazing! From the beginning to the end they communicate well and and Jerry was up front about what was happening. The flooring selection and quality is great. We LOVE our new floors. Oh, also the instal crew was very professional. Couldn't be happier!

Sheila was extremely helpful recommending the best quality carpet for my house and did not hesitate to send a sample board with me so I could see each swatch in the room. She even made recommendations for the best color/quality that will help contribute to resale value of my home! It was easy to determine approximate cost right there on the show floor since the price shown on the carpet swatches included installation and high-quality padding. The guys (Installers) did a great job at my place in Savage. Great service, the owner Jerry came to my house with samples and provided multiple estimates. When my wife and I were unsure of which flooring to choose he ordered bigger samples so we could lay them down and make the right choice. Our installer, Tony, was a great guy, excellent work and understanding when we had some issues with our sub-floor. Highly recommend over the other flooring installers locally and from the twin cities, I had them all come out for estimates and Behr's was competitive and the work is high quality.

After a rainstorm and a misplaced drain pipe we needed new carpet for our sons room. The whole process from selecting our carpet with Genette, Jerry coming out for measuring and estimate, Shelia coordinating everything and Joe coming out to do the install and take away couldn't have gone smoother! Behr's Flooring provided me great service from the first phone call. I called them in regards to getting some specialty rugs made for my salon. They were very accommodating and gave me ideas I didn't even think of myself. The final product was exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier. My salon sees a lot of foot traffic in a day and the rugs have held up amazingly.
