I would recommend Thomas to any new home buyer like us who are anxious about the whole process, which could definitely get overwhelming if this is your first time buying a home. Take my word for it and just hire him for the task and you wont regret it. i would also recommend Thomas to any home buyer/seller and needs home inspection. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He is well versed in state regulations and requirements. His reports are extremely DETAILED with pictures. I got a 78 page detailed report my self. He gives honest opinion on the condition of the home. Very patiently will also explain you what is happening and things he is looking at and why during the inspection. He has many many years of inspection experience and knows if something is not right by just looking at it. Tom was a pleasure to work with during my home inspection. He walked through every aspect of the house from outside to in. He was extremely thorough, stopping to investigate anything that seemed off, and explained how all the main systems of the house should function.
He took many photos and provided a comprehensive report showing all details and maintenance items for future reference. He also turned around the report within a day or two so I didn't lose any time.
