Horrible quality of home. Electrical issues. Doors that were hung improperly. Windows that would never seal properly. A/c that went out within the first 3 months. Subpar toilets that weren’t tightened and one that had to be replaced because it would run constantly. Just a horrible experience all around. Not to mention they talked us into purchasing a “lot build” so that we wouldn’t have to get a construction loan.. well guess what, I did. Not to mention how slow they worked, just so that they could use it as a display house. Month after month they drug their feet. Best advice is to go somewhere else!!

Forgot to mention a/c went out a second time and had to be replaced with a larger unit, as it was undersized by a half ton!!

Helpful staff who specializes in stick built homes on piers. Their standard offerings are french country style homes with a covered porch. The homes they build are built on site in Eunice and then moved to the homeowners property.

Horrible experience, fixing all the things wrong with house, Plumber cut huge holes in floor under tub. We had to hound the plumber to close the holes with some material.
Concrete work was poor, they ran out of concrete before finishing our driveway, now water sits and creates a black slippery sludge that our kids nearly Crack their skulls open when they slip on the poorly poured driveway. They cut floor joist to install kitchen sink in house, I had to hound them several times to get them to shore up the floor in this section as to not have my kitchen collapse.
Concrete now is starting to break down in the driveway and pit where water constantly sits.
DO NOT HAVE THESE PEOPLE BUILD YOUR HOUSE!
