Scott was really great to work with. He was patient, explained the options for the crawl space work, and then generously lowered the final price when the scope of the work came in under the original estimate. His crew was courteous and worked hard, even finishing earlier than expected. I would absolutely recommend Basement Solutions.

I had a damp crawl space. It is now bone dry and almost surgically clean. I was informed of each step in the process and notified if they were going to be 5 minutes late (unheard of in the NNK!)

Moving to the country after living in various suburbs for 50+ years was a big change and finding a reliable contractor was a big concern. Scott was there when he said he’d be. Scott and his crew were here a couple of weeks ago. They were great. Dependable, courteous, professional. They installed a drain system and sump pump in my basement. I don’t fear a rainy forecast anymore. Nice to find a local company that shows up for scheduled work. Highly recommend Scott and his crew.

Recently used Scott and his crew. They repaired my roof and were able to find the problem that caused the damage. Scott also built a new set of steps off my deck that were rotted and unsafe. Beautiful job. Scott always came when he said he would and kept me very well informed during the whole process. I definitely would use him again for any future needs. Fantastic company!
