Recently we had some water damage to our main floor from an upstairs bathroom leak. ATP came out after the leak was fixed for the restoration. Luke and his team were incredible. Luke lined up everything from setting a storage unit up for our furniture, movers, ceiling repair, skimming the ceiling, someone to clean up all the dust from sanding, a painter, and carpet cleaner and every single step happened exactly as scheduled and with such professionalism. We cannot say enough great things about this company. Marteen did an amazing job on the ceiling and Gerold did an incredible job painting. We would 100% use ATP again if the need should arise.

A weather event in our area caused a VERY large, mature tree to fall across half the span of our home of 38 years. Through insurance, AJ became our project manager to put the pieces back together. AJ's professionalism and knowledge guided us through a restoration process, from roof to structural foundation, to assure that repairs would be lasting. Every attention to detail was paid inside and out to restore the original integrity of our home. Thank you ATP, AJ and crew for a job well done. We highly recommend ATP Restoration.

My entire basement was flooded with standing water for four days from a sump pump failure. ATP came in were so professional and were so kind and considerate of the difficult situation. They checked on my home every single day after the initial work was done until it was completely dry and restored. They had great customer service and stayed in contact with me checking in on the situation. I couldn’t be more pleased with how they took care of my home.

Roberto and his team at ATP Restoration is INCREDIBLE. We could not have asked for more thorough, competent, kind, thoughtful service after our house fire. Our house looks and feels better than when we bought it. The damage from the fire completely gone, and Roberto and his team went above and beyond to make our house look more beautiful even though they didn't have to. They stained our bannister so it would look more like the floor of our house, even though they didn't have to. They came back after painting to get rid of all the bubbles on the wall. They did countless other things to make our lives easier, and provided detailed updates almost every week for 6 months as our house was being rebuilt. Roberto was available anytime we needed him, and his whole team could not have been more kind or responsive. We owe the beauty of our home and our peace of mind to Roberto and all the folks at ATP, and we cannot recommend him enough.

I worked with Roberto Medrano, on a house that was remodeled by ATP had an amazing experience. He took care of everything, was on site for all work. It’s not often you find a company that will back there work like they did, in this case it was nothing more then a question and they jumped on it and took care of everything. We had water damage from a fridge leak that ruined our wood floors and leaked into basement ceiling and walls. We had ATP come out and were impressed enough not to shop around for another restoration company. They were easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process and communicated with our insurance carrier. Any questions or info I needed I always got a quick response from Luke.

Recently we had some water damage in our kitchen due to a dishwasher and our insurance company referred us to ATP. We have never dealt with this before but our project manager Luke with ATP made it easy and seamless! He updated us frequently, coordinated with all parties involved, and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The end results were better than what we originally had prior to the damage. We can’t thank ATP enough for helping us get back to a fully operating kitchen.

ATP has been wonderful to work with. Vok was our Mitigation Manger and has been exceptional from start to finish with our basement mitigation, he was extremely patient and explained the mitigation process very well. Anytime I called or texted him he answered right away. Mitigation is a messy job and ATP made sure to clean the job and the return the home back to it’s original condition anytime they came over. We are so happy with how everything went, I would highly recommend ATP!

ATP Property Restoration have been outstanding in bringing us through a basement flooding disaster when our hot water tank ruptured at 1a.m. on Dec. 26th, and poured water until 6 a.m. - when we discovered the problem. Brad and his amazing crew, Jesse and Juan, came to our rescue on the 27th and have amazed us at their professionalism and especially their ability to put us at ease. This crew was extremely respectful of our home as they removed damaged carpet, pad, wall board, etc. They brought us through a cleanup and 4 day dry out with encouragement on the rebuild ahead. We HIGHLY recommend them.

We had water damage in our basement and initially used ATP for mitigation. They did a phenomenal job and were prompt to respond. After discovering they did full project renovation we decided to continue the partnership and involve them in our carpet replacement, trim work, painting, etc. The quality of the completed work was top notch. I had my dishwasher leak in November of 22. Took forever to discover since it went under the flooring. I went thro my insurance who recommended ATP. I met with David soon after that. But we had to wait for the floor in the dining room to dry out (that took forever)! The water had damaged the hardwood flooring there. ATP ended up refinishing all my hardwood floors (they flowed together). They were so fast! Started on a Monday, moving out furniture and sanded. By Thursday they were done! Super impressed with how professional and polite the crew was! So very happy with how these floors look! FYI, they used a clear water based finish. Perfect!

David was the project manager and he was very easy to work with. All the workers he sent to remove the sewage from the basement and repair the damage were on time, very professional, and did quality work. I would recommend ATP to anyone!

Look!!!! It's amazing and so so beautiful!!!! Isn't God good! We have walls on the main floor now too!!!! I'm so thankful for the integrity of the craftsmen who are putting our home back together. They clean up as they go, they jam to their music as they nail, tape, and mud everything and athey are helpful and encouraging when I come through to look at my home. God was so good to direct is through our insurance agent to use ATP Restoration. We couldn't be happier with the progress and the work ethic. Our mighty God is sovereign and loving in even this small, but huge to us, detail.

My aunts home had a toilet leak on the second floor , (apparently for a long time) that went all the way down to the basement. Floors, ceilings, walls, Hardwood throughout main floor, painting, new front doors , asbestos removal , you name it , it got taken care of. Luke was in charge of this job and he was really fantastic to work with, if he doesn’t have to wait for materials or anything else that tends to slow a job down this guys is going to get it done NOW and it will be QUALITY. He had a great team doing this work, shout out to all involved. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend ATP. As an insurance agent, you want to know your customers are going to be taken care of when disaster strikes. They have exceeded expectations in both kindness to our customers and quality of repairs.

May of 2022 my basement floor drain backed up and flooded my living room downstairs with waste water. At a lost and not knowing what to do, I contacted ATP. I spoke with Mr. Tavokeyias, he insured me that he would send a crew out and would be able to handle the job. He had his crew out immediately. They did the removal of all the carpet, mopping, treatment needing so I didn’t get mold, and all of the "drying out" procedures. He and his team did an AMAZING job!!! Not only did his crew do an awesome job, he walked me through and explained what would be taking place, as well as helping with ins questions. Fast forward to Feb 2023 the drain backed up again!! Yes, that’s correct 9months apart. This time when it happened, I knew just who to call. Mr. Tavokeyias sent a crew out again and everything was done to perfection. I pray I won’t need this service again anytime soon, but If I do I’ll be calling ATP! I highly recommend them and can’t thank Mr. Tavokeyais and his crew enough.

We had a neighbors tree fall on our house August 14 of 2022. David B came out did the estimate that very next morning. Everything went through insurance us and ATP. We had two holes in our room from branches and one interior hole in drywall. Ghosted until October or November had to call the owner nothing til December come to find out we signed a cancellation of work authorization. Got that straightened out. We were handed to Luke. What a great guy called, stopped by, explained some stuff to us. What a great guy Luke is he kept us in the loop every step couldn’t really ask for more from him! The work got done in I’d say a two week period ! They all did great since Luke took our account over! So if you’re looking for a GC type of company to restore, fix, or get it done give ATP a call you really can’t go wrong here

Atp restoration did a wonderful job on replacing our floor.The workers cleaned up their messes. You would not even know they were doing work. Our floor looks amazing.the floor layer even mopped the floor after it was completely done.i can not say enough wonderful things about ATP.A Special thank you to David, for a stress free project.he handled everything and I never had to worry about a thing.

I highly recommend ATP for restoration work. Everyone we came in contact with handled themselves professionally and the quality of work was excellent. Luke did a fabulous job working with our insurance company after a plumbing flood damaged the drywall and carpet in the basement. He coordinated all the vendors from drywall to painting to carpet installation. As an added bonus, they even sent a cleaner over so the basement was sparkling clean. The final result is a basement that looks fabulous.

ATP to the RESCUE!!! I experienced a dishwasher malfunction and had flooding in the living/dining/kitchen area as well as downstairs in my garage.
Vok and his amazing team took over the water removal and all of the "drying out" procedures. He and his team did an AMAZING job!!!
Once the water was removed/dried out - Mr. Luke took charge of the project and coordinated the flooring, insulation, drywall and painting teams. THEY DID and AMAZING job at Luke's direction. Every question answered, every request was met.
I cannot convey how happy I am with ATP - I will recommend them to ANYONE who suffers a similar home mishap.

Our place caught fire on Feb 01, 2022.... Our insurance company recommended ATP. They assessed the damage and said they could do it. Luke was our project manager and he did a great job. He was extremely helpful and handled all of our requests. Luke is one of the best we could have asked for to head up the repairs. If you need anything restoration wise or remodeling done, ATP can handle it.

I came home one night to six inches of standing water in my basement. I contacted ATP immediately and they were there within the hour. Tavokeyias and his crew were fast efficient and did quality work. They also continued to monitor the situation through to the end and were extremely helpful and accommodating at all times of day and night. Tavokeyias answered every phone call and text and took care of everything so that I didn’t have to worry about. They have definitely been the best part of a crazy stressful processes and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with them!

Vok, Jose and the water mitigation team were wonderful. When our basement backed up on a Sunday, the crew came out, placed a dehumidifier and air scrubbing machine among treating the area with anti microbial. They monitored machines and levels until we were back to where we belonged! Superb Company and I highly recommend!

This is the first review I have ever left, and only felt the need to leave this review to prevent anyone else from the week(S) long headache I've endured with ATP Restoration. We had water damage to our wood floors and hired ATP to cover all aspects of the job. The lack of communication and ability to properly coordinate this project is unbelievable. After many calls and no response we would have random workers showing up to start a job we were not told about, then unable to complete the work due to other phases of the project not being completed.

My family and I had to scramble last minute to make overnight accommodations because no one properly communicated the timeline of work. PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE AND HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY

Great company! We had water damage to our living room and bathroom and had to replace the ceiling, carpet, and a few walls. Everyone was super friendly and proficient at their jobs. ATP Restoration is an awesome company! A tree fell on our historical home, I called every general contractor in our area and no one would touch it! I was referred to ATP by the structural engineer that came out for our insurance company. I am so thankful to have found them. They worked Monday thru Saturday 8-5 and had everything done within 3 weeks. It looks amazing!! We have gotten so many compliments and if and when something needs to be done at our home I am definitely calling them! Christopher Miller was our guy and he was always there to answer any questions I had regarding the work or insurance stuff. I highly recommend these guys for any restoration and outer dwelling needs. I am beyond impressed with the team at ATP! They were asked to step in after a different contractor bailed on me and they were excellent! The timeliness of the entire project was fantastic and when the final piece of my project (re-installing the dishwasher) was scheduled and his guys were busy, the senior project manager himself came out and installed it! If you need restoration work after damage from a flood, this is the team to use!
