Atlantic spray systems with Tyler and his crew did an awesome job of insulating our attic crawl space. We had a large 2500 sq. fr. Area and they removed all the old insulation and blew in 49 r-value cellulose. In just one day it has made an incredible difference in our comfort level. Their pricing and expertise are far better than any of the other contractors I interviewed. Highly recommend!

I had Atlantic Spray Systems, Inc. come out to replace my insulation and some duct work in the attic. My house has never been warmer! I have lived there since 1993, I have had new systems put in before but they still ran forever and still the house wasn't warm, this made such a huge difference, my house is warm and even better - my heat pump shuts off. Tyler came out right away when I had a concern about one of my bathroom fans, checked it over for me, made sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend Atlantic Spray Systems, Inc.

Had a great experience with Tyler. Installed 3 dehumidifiers and encapsulated 3 crawl spaces. His crew did a great job and went above and beyond in the encapsulation, and Tyler certainly went above and beyond, and he even did a lot of the work himself
I would recommend this company to anyone who is having mold or water issues. My house had water coming in through a hole on the side and humidity readings of 81% in the main crawl space. Today the main crawl space is at 59%.

Working with Tyler at Atlantic spray was a great experience. We bought a house spring and over the summer, we had severe moisture issues (mold and mildew on walls, ceilings, built-in cabinets, closets and doors; faceplates and outlets cupped and dripped water).

We installed professional dehumidifiers with no luck. Our humidity levels remained at 72 +. Our HVAC company told us that we exhausted what could be done and needed to encapsulate the attic.

We reached out to Atlantic. When Tyler, our representative came out, he listened to all our concerns and issues. He looked under the insulation to see how wet it was as well as the drywall underneath. He inspected every room and answered questions as we went along and noted this was the worst case he’d seen. He returned the next day with equipment that sucked out air to show where the humidity was entering into the house. It was horrifying to see the draft blowing in from the faceplates and outlets via the attic space.

Tyler spent a tremendous amount of time answering questions. He compared his quote to the competitors and discussed the differences between the products and what was included (such as removal of the old, damp insulation). We decided to work with Tyler and were very happy with our decision. He remained accessible throughout the process and after completion.

Our encapsulation took 5 days. Two days to remove the old insulation, and three to encapsulate. All workers were mindful of our property (windows, walls, paint job) and conscientious with their work. They kept us engaged and showed us progress at the end of the day. I received daily texts to confirm who was coming and the ETA. We feel confident that the moisture issues have been remedied and will update our review next year to include the impact on the utility bill. Overall, Tyler and team did a wonderful job and we highly recommend them.

Tyler came out for what was an initial meeting & supposed test that takes 1-2 hrs. He instead spent over an hour observing, evaluating, explaining in detail the his findings & then the process. He also determined that we needed a different course of action temporarily. We did our best to understand & were so pleased with this young man who took the time to listen, observe, look over (basement & attic) & finally give honest opinion of how to best proceed. Met with Tyler and went through the house to see what options for insulation we had. He was transparent, showed me any problem areas we had, and also how to remedy them. We have a good way forward and really appreciated him taking the time to look around. Atlantic did a great job on my older home which had nearly no insulation in any area. It required attic insulation removal, blow-in insulation, attic door seal, drill & fill in all exterior walls and extensive crawl space and garage work.

They showed up on Thursday to lay the plastic. Outstanding job. Doubled up where I requested. Laid dimple board under high traffic areas. Got the plastic under my entire sprinkler system, expansion tank, and geothermal lines. Kudos to Oscar and Gabriel for their meticulous work.
Showed up on Friday to spray. Left 2" termite inspection gap, sprayed the entire inside of my foundation and the banding spaces. Really great work by Luis and Domingo.
On both days Tyler, the assistant manager, was on site to make sure the job got started and completed correctly.
Communication throughout was almost overwhelming. Multiple texts to let me know they were on the way and when to expect them.
Pricing was the best out of 8 subs I contacted.
Tyler and crew gave me the job I would have done if I had done it myself.

We have worked with Atlantic Spray Systems, and Tyler, their point person, twice, on two different homes and the experience has been great. We were very pleased with the first job and how they could accommodate our schedule and needs, so we used them recently on our next home. The end result was good but not quite up to the standard that Tyler and I had discussed. Tyler was able to come out immediately to inspect the work and our concerns. He was in concurrence and sent out a team the next day to correct the issues. We were quite happy with the end result and that we were still able to move into the home several days later without workers at the house. I highly recommend Atlantic Spray Systems and would work with them again in the future.

Tyler and the crew did an excellent job on my 30x40 metal building. I contacted 5 different contractors and not only was Tyler the most responsive he provided the best quote. The crew was fast, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards like true professionals. Communication with Atlantic was excellent before, during and after my job. So I went through Atlantic Spray as a referral. Originally, even with the referral I planned to go another route, but after getting quotes from 2 large companies and one smaller, Atlantic Spray had the best option for what I was trying to do in my crawlspace. They were also much more reasonably priced offering similiar services as the other companies. I have a very humid crawlspace and alot of work done to get that fixed. Atlantic Spray put in new vapor barrier, spray foam encapsulation and installed a dehumidifier and fan to help circulate the air. I am very pleased with their work. Their staff was courteous and efficient. If you want some good work done ask for Tyler and his team. They did excellent work. Will definitely look for them to do more work for me in the future.

I can't recommend this company enough! I had my aged, humid, moldy crawl space insulated (encapsulated) by Atlantic Spray System. They just don't don't spray, they have a variety of insulating services. I am a careful shopper so I had estimates done by 5 companies (3 big companies and 2 smaller). I choose this company because it offered ALL the services of the larger well-advertised, glitzy companies, provided a more customer-friendly price point, have been in business for years, and being smaller I though they would be more apt to be responsive and able to tailor the job to my needs and schedule. That's a check YES on all these counts! The work crew was efficient, pleasant, and professional. They finished up on time and did not leave a mess. When I had a question, the owner would get right back to me (text or phone) and I DID bug him with questions - so points for his patience too! My crawlspace humidity level has been perfect (they installed a dehumidifer , condensate pump and humidity reader (app is on my phone). So proof is in the pudding! I am really glad I went with Altantic Spray!

I can't say enough about this company! This is my first time going with a small company for large home repairs (crawlspace encapsulation) and I wasn't disappointed!

Tyler was very communicative throughout the whole process. Each day started with a knock on the door as the crew gave me a break down of what they planned to do that day. They also let me know when they finished (most other companies seem to just head out).

While they were working I mentioned an additional insulation issue in the attic. They even went through the trouble of hauling the hose into the attic to spray the small area!

They were also fantastic at addressing on the job issues. They accidently popped a hole in one of the copper water pipes with a rouge live wire. The project manager ran to the store to patch the pipe that same day. The professionalism and communication the crew used to address the issue deserves a special call out of its own

Since the job the whole house is drier and they retains heat much better. If you're looking for an insulation company I strongly recommend getting a quote from AtlanticSpray!

It was very refreshing to come across a company owner that really listened to what I was trying to accomplish in my attic and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need just to make money. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, flexible and responsive! The spray foam insulation they installed in my attic was done very well and has accomplished my goal of lowering the temperature enough for the air conditioning to cool the attic so I could work up there. It was also a nice touch that he followed up with me a couple days after the install to see if I was happy with the work. I highly recommend this company and I plan on using them again in the future to do some work in my crawlspace!
