We've been loyal customers of Atlantic RV in Brandy Station for years, and they consistently exceed our expectations. Every single time we've brought our RV in for service, the work has been completed to our absolute satisfaction.

I've sadly had to use them multiple times. My first 5th wheel had a blowout, they put it back together. Had an awning issue down in Florida once. They fixed that. My second 5th wheel also had a blowout, and while that was getting fixed, I had them look into a water leak issue in one of my slides. I thought it was a seal issue, but their expertise suggested it might be something more (which it was). I'm so glad I've had them work on my RV each time.

After our RV was damaged this winter by a severe ice storm that caused a fallen tree to break through the roof, we were referred to Atlantic RV in Brandywine to assess the damage and handle the repairs. Once we met Brad, Faith and Darnell, we knew we were in the right place.
Customer service was phenomenal starting from Day 1 and was beyond compare. Communications that kept us informed about progress were abundant and valuable throughout the entire process.

Our RV had water damage in all 3 of our slides after a huge storm hit while camping. We quickly took it to Atlantic RV for them to do an estimate and get started. I have to say from the very first step in this journey they were amazing. They met with me to show me some of the damage I didn’t even see done to the camper and quickly wrote up an estimate. We of course said please do the work. They got to work quickly ordering parts and even updated me along the way at every step. We got a lot of snow this winter and even updated me with progress the snow held them up on. Which I really appreciated!! Made me feel in the loop and excited to be getting my camper back!! They called to say the camper was ready and I was jumping up and down with excitement!!! When my husband picked it up they were soo good with explaining all they had fixed and done :) When I got to see the work I was over the moon!! Our Grand Design Imagine's large slide with the schwintek mechanism broke after 7 years of use. Atlantic RV did an excellent job of replacing it all last fall. We have used our camper regularly and it is working perfectly. The best part of working with Atlantic RV is the good communication. We were told what had failed and why, how they proposed to repair it and given a timeline. We are extremely pleased with this company!

I have a 2021 Coachmen Freedom Express Trailer. It developed a leak from the front glass on the fiberglass shell.

Atlantic requested pictures, called the manufacture, and determined it needed to be fixed by a glass shop.All done in less than 30 minutes from the initial call. They referred me to a great glass shop in Orange who is taking care of the glass reset.

The Atlantic team is outstanding and it will be the only stop for me when I need future repairs!

Totally professional operation from start to finish, definitely went the extra mile to insure our satisfaction. Would recommend Atlantic to anyone, although I hope I never have to use them again!! LOL

We had a leak in our Lance 1172 truck camper repaired at Atlantic RV. We appreciated how they worked with us on defining the scope of the repair and making sure the aesthetics on the interior would be right when they were done. On top of that, they completed the job in less than a week. We are very pleased with the results. Give them a try, based on our experience you won't be disappointed.

During our vacation we had an accident that damaged the rear of our RV. We were so upset and was assuming it would never be the same. Atlantic was AMAZING not just the awesome job the did on RV but customer service was just as AMAZING! Will definitely return for all my RV services. After using other shops, we were seeking someplace better. We have a class A diesel pusher MH. We found a great team here at Atlantic Rv. We appreciated that the service manager discussed our concerns directly so he was sure he understood the problem. Addressed and fixed the problem in a reasonable time. The whole team treated us professionally and we will stay with this team.

Team provided an estimate of the work, painting of area where paint was pealing. Work was done correctly the first time and was done in a very timely manner. Would recommend Atlantic RV for any body and paint work.

Atlantic did a repair on my camper. They did an outstanding repair and you can't even tell a repair was done. Even though they are an hour from my house they will be my go to facility for any repairs I need in the future.

Everyone at Atlantic RV went above and beyond customer service and understanding for the repairs and changes we wanted to make to our RV. It original went in for the back wall replacement and a "Spring check up" and ended up as an insurance claim to include the replacement of the roof. Awesome job!! Not only did they go through the repairs and replacements, but they also spent the time explaining all the repairs and details of the process. I will definitely use them for all future work and maintenance for our RV. Great team at Atlantic RV!!

They had to fix the back cap of our RV from an accident. They also replaced the back tail lights and added a color camera for backup. They did a phenomenal job repairing the back and everything else. We couldn't be happier with the results! We would definitely use them again!

Finding an honest person to perform high quality work on your RV is a difficult task. I found Atlantic RV and found Faith in their front office to be very easy to work with and I found the owner, Brad, to be an honest broker who provides high quality work. Additionally, they provided a schedule for repairs and the RV was available on the day they said it would be. If you need your RV repaired, this is the place to go!

We have used Atlantic RV twice for our Fleetwood Southwind. They are a trustworthy business and provide superb customer service. No mark ups like the big RV sales/service shops. Their honesty is why we will keep coming back to them for service. It is one of the few businesses left out there that actually provide timely updates on the status of your service. Absolutely the BEST RV Service Center I have ever used. Ten days before our month long cross country trip, I clipped a tree branch and scrapped holes across the entire length of our 44 foot toyhauler. In a panic for fear of having to cancel our trip, I called Faith at Atlantic RV. Knowing how far out RV services are scheduled I was shocked when she told me to bring it it to see what they could do. After seeing the condition of the roof I knew it had to be replaced. I was again in shock when Faith said she could move some things around and get to work on it immediately. Five days later I picked up our toyhauler and am completely impressed with the quality of their work. Atlantic RV saved our family vacation and I will never use another service center again.

This is a trustworthy establishment. They gave me an original estimate to repair our RV of $5,000.00 which I approved. Three days later the tech called me to inform me that they had been in contact with a dealer rep and thought he may have a much cheaper solution to our issue. Remember, I had already approved him to do repairs up to $5K. He advised he replaced a $150.00 valve that solved our issue.

It would have been very easy for them to fix the RV at the reduced price but charge me the amount I approved. They passed those savings along to us and were able to repair our RV at a significantly reduced price. I can't say enough about the integrity of this outfit. They will do all of our RV repairs moving forward. I would recommend them to anyone needing RV repairs.

I took my fifthwheel camper to Atlantic RV for body work and to repack wheel bearings. I felt that the price they quoted was fair, they were very professional, and it was ready when they said it would be. My experience with Atlantic RV was just as I hoped it would be. I will recommend them to others.

Took some time because of Covid-19 to get my air conditioner however once it was here they were Fabulous! Installed quickly and beautiful work on the extras I asked for! Very impressed!

Been using them for years. I've heard so many horror stories from where people take their RVs for maintenance and repairs, especially when people return to their own dealer where they bought them! But nothing like that here. They are very friendly, professional and fair priced. And when I came to pick up my RV last time before Christmas the jack wouldn't work, so they stayed late and replaced it for free refusing to take any payment for it. Just a handshake and a Merry Christmas! I'll never go anywhere else.

A Job Well Done!

I had a mishap with our 2019 Durango Gold Fifth Wheel. The rear lower quarter panel was destroyed by yours truly in a very tight state park. I came in contact with a parked truck during a tight turn and lost...

Contacted Atlantic and Stephany responded promptly and gave my wife and I a clear understanding of the process and what to expect. They handled everything with the insurance company and follow up with the manufacture.

Outside of it taking longer the I would have expected (at no fault of Atlantic as everything is on back order) the work was completed and it looks GREAT!

I needed to access the RV and emailed them about this. They were kind enough to relocate the unit so that I could get inside which got me out a jam.

When picking it up I had some troubles with the battery and Brad came out after hours, assisted with the hitch up and got me squared away.

Very pleased with the work and customer service. Well Done Team!

I was referred to Atlantic RV by our local neighborhood chat board in Warrenton, Virginia as a place that was very good but very busy. I had a propane leak in our new Class A motorcoach that we had just taken on our maiden voyage, and this is obviously a major issue for any RV. I called and asked to make an appointment and spoke to Stephanie, a very nice young lady who offered appointments in mid-September (it was the end of July when I called). When she asked what the problem was and I told her, she told me to hold on while she checked. Coming back on line, she told me to bring it in THAT DAY. Brought it in, and two days and about $150 later, my defective regulator was replaced and the entire propane system checked. When I went to pick it up, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners. Faith and her husband Brad started Atlantic RV in 2013 as they were tired of the questionable ethics, sharp-elbowed tactics, and overreach of large RV sales and service centers (that was their background before starting their company). Their shop was clean, grounds immaculate, and it was clear that they are customer/service oriented. Once word gets out about them, the sky is the limit for this young couple. A great shop!

ps. Everyone should ignore Mike Martins' review on this site. It is clear that this is a gentleman with too much time on his hands and who concocts complaints for fun.

Waited a month for service, but all they did was sub out the carpet and bodywork. They took no responsibility for the condition of the RV when we went to pick it up. (Two weeks later, I think). VERY disappointed. I had some dents, scratches and missing corners. Insurance was going to pay for some of the bodywork, I was going to pay the difference out of pocket. When I picked it up, the dents had not been fixed, the corner pieces were still missing, and the scratches were still visible. It was as if they didn't even look at the rig once it returned from the body shop. I told him how disappointed I was, but he made no effort to send it back to the body shop, adjust the price or attempt to satisfy me in any way. It's been 3 years since this happened and it still pisses me off. Never again.

What a great experience, from the first call to schedule an appointment with Faith who asked all the right questions, to the inspection with Faith and Brad. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I could not be more pleased and will definitely return for all of my camper needs. Thank you very much.

Very impressed with Atlantic RV’s craftsmanship for the rebuild of our Class C’s cabover. They finished the job on estimate, even with unforeseen additional work, and ensured they delivered a high quality end product. I highly recommend Atlantic RV for any of your RV repair needs!

It's been a rollercoaster since the roof of my camper sprung a leak while we were on vacation. I was referred to 3 different repair shops by my insurance company. I went through the reviews of Atlantic Rv and decided to go with them based on those, and the fact that another place never returned my call on first contact. Craig has been great. From the intake process over the phone, to scheduling things and keeping in contact with me over things that may not even be important, but they were to me. I dropped my camper off in June for the initial assessment of the damage and estimate for insurance. I was pleased with the whole process. They made me feel like my camper was safe in their hands and showed actual knowledge of repairs and were realistic. Completley open and honest as well. Fast fwd into September after they worked so hard to replace the entire roof, they went to attach my awning and it wouldnt go back on because of the support system holding into place had also been damaged by water. I was concerned of course. It gave me a huge amount of anxiety. I met with Brad and we went over the whys and hows we might fix this. He even listened to my ideas.
I saw a glimmer of hope after meeting with him. In the end now October, it had to be totalled because the fix was too much for insurance. Honestly it was probably for the best because there was probably much more damage than my insurance was willing to dig into. So it's a extremley sad day for me. However I'm glad that I chose Atlantic and if ever own a camper again they will be my go to. Some need to realize that camper repairs take way longer than auto. Mostly its waiting on your manufacturer to send the necessary parts. Be patient and trust the servicemen. They're not making you wait on purpose and they want to make sure it's done right the first time. You dont want a rv of many colors! Thank you guys so very much for putting up with me.

Brad, Faith and team at Atlantic are the best. Their customer service, technical ability, and workmanship are beyond expectations. They set the standard on how RV repair shops should be run especially when you hear all the dealer and big box RV store nightmares. I would not take my RV anywhere else for service be it routine maintenance, upgrades, or repairs.

I've taken my RVs to Atlantic for general routine maintenance as well as repairs. Additionally, they've always given me good advice on maintenance and RV accessories. They have consistently been professional and efficient in getting my unit back roadworthy. I think we are very fortunate to have such a reliable facility nearby here in Culpeper. I cannot recommend Atlantic RV Body Repair & Service highly enough. They know what they are doing and they do it well!

We were ready to start out on our first camping trip with our new rv and discovered our signal lights weren't working. We went to Atlantic RV and they worked us right in and found it was just a blown fuse in the truck. Brad was so nice and willing to find the problem and very helpful with questions we had. Faith went out of her way to go to the auto parts store to get the fuses because they didn't have the size we needed. That kept us from having to try and take the truck and rv to the parts store. We will definitely go to them for our RV needs.

I would describe my interactions with Atlantic RV as a PIPE Dream. P-Prompt, I-Informative, P-Professional, E-Empathetic.

A few weeks ago I had a crack/leak in a pipe behind the shower. I explained the issue to Craig (the owner, manager/general all around nice guy) and we agreed on a date for me to bring my unit in. They fixed the issue before the expected completion date and then made sure that I didn’t have any other issues with any other pipes. Based upon our interactions (phone, email and in-person) he wanted to get me back out on the road as soon as possible and with money left in my wallet.

If you are in Northern Virginia and need work done on your RV I highly recommend Atlantic RV Service.

We love Atlantic RV! We have been coming to them for almost 3 years now. While the drive is almost 2 hours for us, it is worth it. Service is excellent, time frame has been spot on and prices are fair. It's so much nicer to work with a family run business, they have time for you and communicate with you as an individual - not a number! They have gone out of their way for us time and again, even to get our camper van ready before the birth of our little girl. We are so happy with them and I regret not posting this sooner...

Atlantic RV was wonderful to us. Even though they were busy, they were able to fit us in to replace our awning before our next trip within two weeks. We arranged for them to pre-order the new awning before we dropped off our trailer. All the work was done within two days! We had our kitchen faucet and outdoor shower replaced too. Everyone was very friendly. The shop was easy to get to and drop off our 30' travel trailer. We will definitely return to Atlantic RV the next time we need work done!

Recently brought my RV in to have the generator serviced...my problem with Atlantic RV was not the actual service or the scheduling, but rather with their parking the RV in their parking area and leaving the drivers side window opened halfway...they parked the vehicle Friday afternoon...Friday night a tremendous rainstorm passed through the area...by the time I picked up my RV Saturday morning the inside was completely drenched...water was actually flowing down the center isle and lower compartments were flooded...it took me two and a half days to drain and dry out the rig...as a sidebar note...by leaving the window open, the vehicle was totally insecure...I guess I should be grateful I just had a flood and water damage and had not had the vehicle entered...would not risk leaving my RV with these folks again...

The folks at Atlantic RV are fantastic !!! They worked to get me in and take care of my shower door replacement the same day. It’s tough to find anyone to work on an RV but same day service is almost unheard of these days. Faith, Craig and Brad worked together to help get me repaired so I could keep our upcoming plans

Great service and the work was very well done. Everything was finished in the time frame they gave and within the estimate provided, no attempt to up sale extra work or Jack up the price. It's a little bit of a drive but definitely worth it if you need quality repairs to your RV.

My Husband and I LOVE Atlantic RV!!!! We have been to many other RV repair shops in Virginia and they DO NOT match up. Other RV Repair shops either over charge, keep your RV "Hostage" or they damage your RV while it is there, yes we had that happen. However, Atlantic RV offers SUPERIOR SERVICE!!!!! This company is very professional and helpful. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they make you feel like FAMILY. They will go out of their way to help you and will take the time to diagnose a problem and get back with you quickly with a solution and the repairs. We live in Petersburg, VA so our one way trip is 2.5 hours. We do not mind going up to Culpepper to get the kind of excellent service they offer. Craig and his team are THE GREATEST!!!!! We personally want to thank them for all they have done and all they WILL DO on our RV in the Future.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found Atlantic RV. It is a remarkably customer-focused company with technically skilled specialists and owners that are knowledgeable, empathetic, and truly willing to support your needs. After purchasing my coach from McGeorge’s RV (since purchased by Camping World) I quickly learned that McGeorge's operation far valued sales over the expense of long-tern customer satisfaction. Paperwork was routinely lost, requests for service were ignored, and simple repairs took upwards of 6-8 weeks, if not longer. Egregious defects in my coach that were allegedly denied by the manufacturer via McGeorge’s for warranty coverage were authorized and repaired in a matter of days at Atlantic RV. Both Brad and Faith take the time to understand my concerns and repeatedly go out of their way to find appropriate, cost-effective solutions. Their overall demeanor, competitive pricing, and profound focus on customer support are all reasons why Atlantic RV is the only company I’ll ever trust my motorhome with again.

Excellent repair faciilty, very professional and high quality workmanship. My just purchased used class c rv had a waterlogged overhang and they were able to completely rehab the space. Will not bring it anywhere else for structural or RV specific work. Please note, this type of repair is expensive and they do a professional job. It was expensive but worth every penny as I am sure the structure is brand new, there are no more leaks and I have a process in place to maintain my roof that the previous owner abused.

From my interaction with them, it was clear they were trustworthy, and thats the most important thing for someone new to RVs like me.

Owners are excellent. Caring and thorough. They ordered the part we needed, it arrived in 3 days. We dropped off the class B on Monday and were told to hang around town a couple of hours. Brad was able to fix the shower handle that leaked like a sieve (brand new RV). We are very pleased. Will return there for future fixes.

On June 1, 2017, I called Atlantic RV with a problem with our camera in our RV. It worked when connected to AC, but didn't work when disconnected. We're scheduled to leave for a cross country trip, Monday, June 5, 2017. They were so kind and told me to bring the RV by at noon so they could take a look at it.

There were two guys working on the RV for over an hour trying to find the problem. They finally found that it was a breaker but it was behind the panel where the fuses were underneath the bed. All that was needed was to reset the breaker. They were also kind enough to show me how to fix it if it happened again.

I can't tell you how impressed I was with their professionalism and courtesy. They treated me as though I had an appointment and was a loyal customer. However, this was the first time I had used them. I highly recommend Atlantic RV for anyone who has an RV or camper. They won't quit until they find the problem.

Thank you for taking the time to help me. You guys made my day. We sure weren't looking forward to driving to Wyoming pulling a vehicle without the camera.

We have not had great experiences with other RV dealers/repair companies. This was refreshing to see a company truly care about their customer's time and needs and work so hard to fix the problem.

I am always leery of depending on people whom I haven't dealt with, or my acquaintances haven't dealt with. And was hoping for the best. having repairs on the rv done.
I can not praise the service there enough. They were accommodating with my work schedule and they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. They also worked with the insurance company.

I choose these folks because of all the positive reviews. I had a list of repairs needed done, including two slides that were leaking, one slide needing adjustments, exterior painting and slide toppers replaced. The whole thing took weeks longer then promised and they never did get around to the paint work. My rear slide still leaks even after returning it a second time. The main slide started leaking in the same area after a couple months and is still a little out of adjustment and pulls the carpet when retracted. They also broke an exterior electrical box cover. First lied about it then fessed up. Their solution to it was that if I purchased the replacement parts they would have it painted when I returned to have the other paint work done. Based on the shoddy workmanship that won’t be happening plus I learned that they don’t do the paint work there but contract it out to the shop down the road.
On the positive side they did a nice job on the slide toppers but it pretty much ends there. If your repairs involve more than a simple canopy replacement I would look elsewhere.
