Tiffany Cook was an absolute dream to work with. Always available when needed. Quick to respond to text messages. Even kept an appointment on the books for me just in case the weather man was wrong regarding snow - and then quickly got me rescheduled when it did.

As a 1st time home owner we were really nervous to get our new Roof not only completed for right price but also the right professionals or Company. Aspen Leaf was Amazing!!! Not only did they successfully complete our new Roof in less than a day but the whole process was less than a week. Tiffany was very patient, professional and responsive to every question my wife and I had. It was such a relief to work with someone who was willing and open to discussing the process from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Aspen Leaf enough! Truly Awesome!

The quality of our new roof and gutters speaks for itself, but what really impressed me about the Aspen Leaf team was their flexibility when it came to some strange insurance situations that arose. I had water marks show up on an outside corner of my house. Aspen roofing came out and assessed the situation. They determined probable cause without tearing my roof up and provided a solution that worked well. They followed up with me several times to make sure it was resolved. I highly recommend them!

Bobby worked with me on short notice to fix a flashing problem on our 2 year old house. I explained to him we were making an insurance claim for water damage. The insurance adjuster said they can’t cover the roof repair because it’s with in code. Bobby looked at the issue, fixed it by adding a piece of flashing the same day, for free! Bobby came to our rescue after our roof sprung a leak. He was at our home the next morning and was able to quickly repair it. He was very responsive and professional. We will definitely hire him in the future should we need further repairs.

We contacted Bobby with Aspen Leaf Roofing to see if they could repair shingles that blew off our roof during recent heavy winds. Over a two or three day period, Bobby called no less than five times to give us updates. He even secured the shingles that we needed for the repairs and dropped them off at our home in Severance, CO the day before the repair. The next day, one of the gentleman from his crew rang the doorbell just to let us know he would be working on the roof. He was very courteous and left zero mess! A few days later, Bobby called again just to let us know how many shingles they replaced and that they didn’t see any other damage.

I called Aspen Roofers on a whim because I needed help fast having (embarrassingly and accidentally) thrown my husbands keys on to the roof. Some shingles popped off our roof in a wind storm. Bobby was prompt to set up a time, swing by, and inspect the damage (by drone). He's a great communicator and gave me a look at the problem area on camera. The job ended up being very small, so he just had his crew swing by and take care of it the next morning free of charge! Very thankful for for the hassle-free, and in this case, dollar-free interaction, and would trust Bobby with more substantial work anytime something comes up.

Called Bobby about a leak we saw in our water heater exhaust vent after a big rainstorm. Bobby came out the next day at the time he said he would, and discovered that the vent cap was missing. He had an extra one in his shop, went and got it, and installed it. Wouldn't even let me reimburse him as he said it was such a quick and easy fix. I can guarantee that if we have any roofing issues in the future that we will be calling Bobby and will be recommending him to others in our neighborhood. Also nice to have someone who is local here in Windsor!
