This is a theif. Please don’t ever call him for services. He took 1,300.00 from me and never started the job. This was a deposit for windows in my home. This money was given to Elvis over a year ago . I have yet to get my money back and used another company to do the work. He is a scammer and his wife even threatened me when I called demanding my money. I have called multiple times and all I get is stories and false hopes and promises. I guess the court system is next. I wanted to resolve this issue peacefully without involving the system. Elvis is a joker stay away!!! Prior to this incident he did work on our roof. My husband found this monster and that roof needed repair. He didn’t answer our calls because of the1,300 he stole.

Please Run from this theif. Mr Elvis was supposed to install Gutters and downspout at my property about 2 years now, never did! however he took my $800 deposit and never to return, he fist stated that he "couldn't get supply" due to supply chain shortage, never came back to do the Gutters. I called him numerous times and he never return to do the job. after about six months I asked him to return the deposit he said he would write me a check but never did. He on other occasions said he was gonna return the money becauee i eventually got the bad Guntes replaces but he made a few promise them stop answering my calls. long story short thus man and his wife is a their because he didn't return my money ans his wife answer his called received messages to notify him of his theft never gave him the message but "Jah see and Jah Know" that his day will come . Elvis Lee of Asar Roofing Restoration Inc. was to do a whole roof gutting and installation at our house. It started well, paid him his 50% down payment, the other 50% to be paid at job's end but within a week he needed more money for rotted wood which was supposedly already included in costs in his job proposal, but we paid him anyway so as to get the job finished as quickly as possible. The following week he needed $1700 to pay his workers. I gave him that also to facilitate completion, and also because I thought he was almost finished with the job. I was told the roof repair would take two weeks to complete. In the interim, Mr. Lee told me he had secured a big job, but little did I know that he would abandon my roof to work on his new project. He left my roof unattended, uncovered. It rained heavily one day and the tenants' apartments were flooded, their properties damaged, ceilings in each apartment further damaged by his negligence. The internal stairs wet from the downpour. I was afraid tenants would fall and hurt themselves. I was liable. Elvis Lee stated that he would repair the damage his negligence caused. Never did. Because I did not look very on the property, Mr. Lee took advantage of my absence, and never showed up day after day. Mr. Lee left the roof unattended yet again, stating that he was working on the property while the tenants told me he never came. It rained a second time while the roof was uncovered, further damaging the property, Mr. Lee had not secured the roof. Debris flew off the roof onto the street. The tenants were appalled. I was afraid a passerby would get hurt. When Mr. Lee finally did show up, it was to curse at tenants who were asking when the work was to be completed because their property was being damaged. Mr. Lee also decided not to communicate with me anymore because I was asking for a timeline to when the roof would be finished. The job was supposed to be completed within two weeks at most, were going two months. It was getting colder, the situation became untenable. Mr. Lee is extremely unprofessional after he secures his paycheck. He's perfectly nice when he making his presentation but after that there is no care about the work being done. At the end of the day, Mr. Lee never finished my roof. He completed a partial roof, and very badly, the glue adhered to the roof covering materials is already coming undone, there's a bubble line on the roof floor. He's spliced pieces of roof together. This is supposed to be a brand new roof with a 25 year warranty. I was told by other professionals that the the roof wouldn't last. Mr. Lee left the chimney undone, uncovered. I had to hire yet another contractor to finish the roof, change the litter pipe, cover the chimney, glue bits and pieces here and there. A two week job took two months. Mr. Mr Lee left all the roof debris, and garbage, almost as tall as the house itself in the back of the property for the length of the job. The tenants were up in arms. Finally, Mr. Lee, after not completing the job, not repairing the damage caused, and doing a bad job at that, threatened my elderly mother who is both sick and suffers from memory loss. This is was a most terrible experience. Next time, I will take reviews more seriously.
