We moved to the area in 2021. Called ARS and the owner Dan came out. He provided the option to repair the roof instead of replacing it as it was a steel roof and the cost of steel had risen and they would warranty it for 5 years. He stated on multiple occasions that he would come out and fix it if there was any leaking. We called him once and he came. Told us if there was any more leaks to call him. That’s just what we did. Nine months later we noticed leaking and suddenly we were no longer covered under warranty. ??? I asked him to call us and he ghosted us. Now we are experiencing more leaking as it wasn’t fixed six months ago. I would have replaced the whole roof if I knew this was how it was going to go…. Furthermore I will never ask ARS to do my work again!
ARS replaced the roof on my garage in July. They removed my gutters (which were old but working fine) to do the job and said they would return in a week to replace them with new ones. It has been more than two months. I have placed numerous calls and get excuses and delays. Meanwhile, the rain is wearing away at the foundation. Just a nightmare dealing with this man Daniel. My wife called today and he is now saying November!!! I would not only stay clear of this business, I would run the other way!!
