Like with any project, there is going to be bumps in the road delays or miscommunication, you name it. Something’s gonna come up with a shortage of supply manpower or time.
How these issues are dealt with separate one contractor from the other.
With Armored Roofing it was no big deal and the issues were taken care of right away with little to no extra cost to my wife and I.
Big thanks to Jeff and his team, Alejandro, Cindy, and the illusive Anthony everything looks great.

My home is 8 years old. I noticed broken cement on my driveway. It was from the cemented joint on the roof tiles above my garage. When I inspected the roof, I found that all the cement joints were cracked and loose, and some roof tiles were missing. Armored Roofing promptly came to my home, redid the cement joints and replaced the roof tiles for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them, and I would recommend homeowners to have them inspect your roof. You could have a problem like mine.

Armored Roofing came in at a very competitive price to replace the underlayment of our 30 year old roof. The project manager Jeff was great. He kept us informed throughout the process and I was able to see and approve all additional work that needed to be done such as wood and trim replacement so there were no surprises at the end of the job. I met Jeff the Project Manager at the home show. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not high pressure sales me. I got honest information, he was patient and answered my many questions since I have never had to replace a roof before. We are extremely happy with our new roof. Jeff kept me well informed and promptly addressed any concerns ( re: color of tile, wood repair, etc..) The crew cleaned up daily and were very hard working. After completion Jeff and I surveyed the work and any minor concerns were rectified. I would not hesitate to recommend Armor Roofing and especially Jeff the best Project Manager out there.

Working with Jeff was very positive and professional. He explained in detail what needed to be done and I'm very satisfied with the job overall. My daughter made one comment "they should have painted the flashing," it looks terrible. I don't think flashing can be painted.

I was having a very hard time with my roof troubles until I found armored roofing, the staff is amazing and have communicated very effectively during this hard time for me and my family. Anthony and David were great and stayed true to their word and I will definitely be using them again for any issues I have in the future and I would refer them to anyone I meet!

Needed an estimate for a tile roof replacement. Got several estimates. Mike Ledesma beat every bid by $1400. Mike was a professional and courteous. A great guy to work with.The roofing crew that came to my home were outstanding. They had my roof done in 2 days. They were meticulous in making sure my yard & property was cleaned up before they left. The roof looked just like new..only better than the first time. Just a great bunch of professionals.

After the recent rain storm that rolled thru I noticed a leak above our garage. I called Armored roofing after doing some looking around online. Tj came out the same day, did an inspection and gave us a quote for the repairs. our roof was patched up within one week AND NO MORE LEAKS! I will be sure to use them when we're ready to move forward with the whole roof!

I had a couple estimates to replace a roof that was around 15 years old. The other company wanted too much money and said there was two layers on my roof. Armored Roofing tore off only one layer and quoted half the price to put on new asphalt shingles. They replaced the vents and turbines. They were very professional and cleaned up the area. Communication was very good with Mike Ledesma by email, phone, and in person. The roof looks very nice, it has a cool rating, and a 2- year workmanship warranty. There is an additional shingle warranty.

They went above and beyond to fix our roof that other roofers did not do. Mike Ledesma the project manager was here off and on throughout the entire process. He was polite knowledgeable and very communicative about each process. He supplied pictures of each problem and the fix during the repair. We clearly needed a new roof. We obtained 3 bids. All were within a few hundred dollars of each other. We were ready to move forward on Monday.
Over the weekend we went to the home show. We ran into Mike from Armored Roofing. Great guy, very knowledgeable.
We set up an appointment for an estimate.

Mike and team walked our roof.
Mike pointed our problem areas.

The next day they returned with another member of their team. I knew the sky lights were failing. I didnt know they were part of a roof replacement. Evidently the 3 other roofing companies didnt either. They didnt mention the skylights.

A roof isnt something you do every day.
When you replace a roof, you only want to do it once, you want it done right, and you want to trust the contractor. Armored Roofing team checked all the boxes.

Armored Roofing bid was higher than the other 3 bids. Why we chose Armored Roofing will be evident in the photos of the tear off.
Their bid for roof replacement was accurate due to their thorough evaluation of the condition. This eliminated high cost surprises that we may not have been prepared for or expected.

Out of the several people I had to my house for a reroof bid I chose Armored Roofing to do the job. They were not the cheapest bid but were in the same ballpark as the others.

Had a wind storm here in Sun City blew some shingles off in my roof, called armored Roofing for estimated repair TJ was truthful said my roof was good just had to replace some shingles on the top great communication very friendly I couldn't be happier TJ is a fantastic young man he knows his business he took pictures of before and after pictures they sealed around air condition elbow skylights exhaust from bathroom fans TJ does what he says he's going to do, that's integrity hard to find these days TJ came put a tarp on my roof couple of days later they came with the shingles and repaired my roof thank you armored Roofing and your staff are awesome. thanks again I highly recommend this company...

If you need a new roof I suggest you call Armored Roofing. The price was fair, they showed on schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Armored Roofing replaced the underlayment on my tiled roof. Solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled and the solar pool heating system had to be removed and disposed of. My contact was Jeffrey Lime at Armored who also coordinated with the solar company, Green Muscle, to remove and replaced the panels. Armored and Jeff worked to make the process smooth and keep me informed. Cleanup was excellent and quality of the workmanship and materials appeared excellent. Bob

Well we just had our roof put in this weekend. So far so good. We contacted 3 other roofing companies for estimates in the area. Armour Roofing beat their price a bit and also got the Armstrong roofing that I requested not the " other brand" that seems to be the norm out here in our area. Our thoughts were not just on price but quality.The office staff let me borrow large samples so I would see what the finish ed job would look like. The person we dealt for the estimate was T.J. he is very knowledgeable and on the ball. Hes on top of his game. He was very accommodating to our specific needs.He also inspected the roof after the job was done.The workers that came out to do the job were very hard workers no playing around. They were polite and courteous. We also we didnt have do direct them on cleaning up after the job. Actually State Farm told me about them Armour Roofing. Armored roofing is doing a job in my neighborhood and their guys start banging away on the roof at 5:30 am. Several neighbors have called Armored Roofing to ask that they start later and they have ignored those requests. It is a noise ordinance violation to start construction work in residential neighborhoods before 7 am. Armored roofing is aware of this but they don’t care to follow it. Today they started running some kind of electric drill at 6 am. Please don’t do business with this company. They are inconsiderate and unprofessional. They have been waking up the neighborhood at 5:30 am every day this week.

Had a complete tear down and shingle replacement done. Price was competitive with others. Did it in a day and it looks great. Had a couple minor issues which they took care of quickly. To me, that says they stand behind their work. Highly recommend! Oh, and a shout out to Frankie, he's a great rep. for this company.
I knocked off one star. My roof leaked after about 1.5 years. To their credit, they came out and repaired the leak, hope it holds. And they paid to fix my ceiling, but it isn't an exact match. Things happen, but c'mon, a roof leak after only a year & a half? Hopefully it will hold, but we don't get a lot of rain to know.

After a recent storm, we had several roof tiles damaged, and due to the extreme wind, some tile blew off the roof. We contacted Kreig with Armored Roofing; he was very professional and responded quickly. Kreig came to the house to complete a roof inspection and assess the damage. Within a day, we received a detailed proposal including materials and the work to be preformed. The bid was very reasonable and the roof was repaired the same week! We had an exceptional experience and highly recommend Armored Roofing! We will be utilizing their services for repairs and installing a new roof when the time arrives.
