We have never been through such a trying experience as we have with ARI, our fire was just a storage room in January and we are still waiting on the repair to be finished. Excuse after excuse, this is very poor customer service. We are just exhausted with this company.

Hired ARI to restore my home after being hit by a large oak tree. The work they preformed was first rate. Workers where skilled and professional. The project superintendent was Brent Murphree. He kept a close eye on the job and always kept me informed on what was being done and when it was going to be done. My overall experience with this company was good and I would hire them again in the future.

ARI did a great job managing my restoration/remodel after a leak that damaged several rooms. They walked me through every step, sent quality workers , and finished within time estimates. Thanks to Sam and the team for making it a good experience!

ARI did an amazing job for us. We had a water leak, which caused us to replace all of our hardwood floors. They stayed on budget, and finished early. Their communication was prompt and consistent. I almost went with another company but I am so glad I didn't. ARI always has an overseer that you can reach out to by calling or texting. He meets with you at least weekly and oversees the work being done.
He always lets you know what's going to be worked on the next day. All my problems are taken care of. The only thing I had to spend was my $1,500 deductible. Very pleased.

This is the second time we've used ARI at our home. This time was for unexpected water damage and the need to refinish our hardwood floors. ARI has really talented craftsmen, painters and other professionals who are prompt and experts at what they do. They show up when they say they'll be there and are helpful with sorting through the insurance paperwork.

I would like to send a heartfelt appreciation to all those involved in the complete restoration of my property after wind damage occured here on Dec.29th. Their quick response to first and foremost get the tree off my house was important and done with expertise. From that, to wall and ceiling repair, painting, ceiling fan, attic fiberglass, outside roofing and gutter replacement. All done swiftly with excellent follow-up for each job. Bob Diffee made sure the workers were there and checked their work each time. It felt good to be able to communicate with Bob throughout the process. There was mold found in my Mom’s bathrooms. They could remove the mold, but not restore the bathrooms. I called Brent Murphee to take a look to see if he could help. He called back the same day. We had a quote within a week, and they started working within 2 weeks. Brent took EXCELLENT care of my Mom’s home, and the work was phenomenal! We couldn’t be more pleased! The bathrooms were restored within the time frame given and at the price that was originally quoted. No surprises! We will definitely use this company again and already have them lined up for other projects. I am so grateful! A small water leak from our dishwasher turned into a major remodel of our downstairs. Sam and his team couldn’t have been any better at remedying our problems. The workers were all experts in their area of construction. Everything was done in such a timely manner.

Joey was here the next day after the insurance adjuster came; which was really needed! And Sam came right behind him to have his workers board up our windows. They insured our expenses stayed low by making suggestions for changes when needed. Would recommend them to others and would definitely use ARI again

ARI just finished a job for us regarding our downstairs floors which had flooded. Joey was very professional and worked with us all the way around to insure we got our house back the way we wanted it. Anthony and Isaac installed our floors. I can't say enough good things about ARI. They were here within an hour of my first call to them. Sam was overseeing my house, and he kept me informed daily! Howard checked on it, too. They tried to keep the cost down as much as possible because I didn't have flood insurance. All of the workers that came were professional and very nice!

Our home was severely damaged by a microburst storm in Little Rock on September 6, 2023. ARI was on the job that same day helping mitigate the damage sustained by the storm. We very quickly had a plan in place for the restoration and new construction required and they did a phenomenal job and had us back in our house before the end of the year. Highly recommend ARI!

Our home incurred a flood caused by a water pipe to the hot water tank in the attic that froze and burst in December 2022 while no one was home. Arkansas Restoration, Inc. supported us through the entire process from pumping out the ankle deep water, water remediation and a major home renovation. We are very pleased with the renovation. We highly recommend ARI for your renovation project. Their team members are courteous, reliable, trustworthy and highly skilled. They are dedicated in their attention to the details.

We used them for some insurance mitigation and that was how I learned of the company. I can verify that 100% transparency and accountability are provided on all jobs. From start to finish, ARI skips no steps to ensure a quality restoration or remodel project is finished as smoothly as possible.

I had a flood in my home and ARI came out took care of my home. They are a very professional company.

My home was damaged due to a fire. ARI was recommended and so I reached out to them and several others for an estimate. My State Farm agent advised he had worked with ARI in the past and advised he found their work to be excellent. So I chose to go with ARI. Well that was a mistake. Do not utilize this company. I have discovered that they did not repair the holes burned into the floor, they put down the carpet pad and carpet to cover up the holes. They did not completely remove the debris from the floors before laying the carpet and as such I am walking on filth. My french doors will not open properly due to poor installation. They discovered that my wall and floor was separating in the laundry and failed to remedy the situation advising' they were hired to rehab due to fire not to fix any other issues they discovered." They removed my attic light and failed to inform me. They changed the light switch configuration from what I originally had and over loaded breakers. I threaten to complain to the permit office on the electrician, my breaker box would retain water due to poor installation, to encourage them to come an fix the problem. I do not recommend this company.

ARI did an amazing job on my home. Joey and his team came to my rescue when another contractor destroyed my kitchen after a water leak. My insurance adjuster recommended ARI and I am very thankful he did. I used ARI for a total remodel inside. I was so happy with the results we decided to do the outside as well. Joey and John took my very basic ideas of what I thought I wanted and turned them into a home I could never have imagined. I would highly recommend ARI for any size job you have.

My project is a total demolition and reconfiguration of interior wall, total new AC system, total new electrical system, total new plumbing system, new gable roof at house entry, new siding and new roof. As a retired architect, I have enjoyed working with ARI. This is a complicated project but with ARI's superintendent - Chris Root the project has moved forward faster than anyone could imagine. This project was anticipated to take 5 months and after 1.5 months the project is approximately 60% complete. It has been great working with a superintended that knows how to coordinates with the project owner, with all subcontractors and can schedules weeks ahead. Although my project is not complete at this time, I feel comfortable that completion will occur well ahead of schedule and below budget.

I had a house fire with extensive damage! I already knew who I wanted to do the job. I knew it would be done the proper way! The crew was always helpful, nice, knowledgeable! If I had a question, they always had an answer or solution. They were always very tidy. Most of all they listened to what I wanted done. Thank you Rustin, Joey, and John! I’m totally and completely in love with the outcome!

We were out of town and had a water leak in our attic that did extensive damage to our home. We contacted ARI and they met us at our home as we arrived back in town. They immediately began mitigation and worked closely with our insurance adjuster. They took the lead in securing the other services we needed and had them on site the next day.
The rebuilding process has had its trials with the current Covid supply chain issues but Chris our ARI representative has kept us informed on all schedule adjustments and back orders. With few exceptions ARI's sub contractors have been professional and done excellent work. We have enjoyed our interaction with everyone on ARI's team and their commitment get our family comfortably back in our home.
I recommend ARI for your next emergency.

"As long as they don't complain"

These tiles are scattered around the house. What these tiles are exhibiting was a known defect, ignored by management. $20,000 for a 2,500 sqft area. He said it's "not his job" to tell how to take care of the floor, while he also said to not mop it for a long time. After a month or so, as soon as I noticed some of the tiles beginning to rot, I decided to clean them. I used three standard floor cleaners on this floor; all three generated this same effect (any bluer defects are from a cleaner with a blue tint). The furniture movers were phenomenal and the individuals who laid the floor were phenomenal. No seal was laid, though the tiles did have a questionable "wax" overlaying them; I would reason that the "wax" might have only been residue from travel.

A rep for the company came to my house after I called to get an estimate on my house problem. I guess they didn't want the job because he would never call me back after 3 messages. Finally gave up and I'm glad I did. I went with a real professional company that did great on a $10,000 job. The least the guy could have done is tell me they didn't have an interest in the job instead of not returning phone call. I will NEVER use this business.

We were selling our house and getting hardwood floors installed in the master bedroom in April 2020. After the wrong floors were installed they ordered new hardwood floors. In August 2020 they were finally installed. Poor communication skills. No sense of urgency or caring. We could have EASILY lost the buyers for our house. Thank God the buyers were willing to wait for our wonderful house. VERY RARE... At the end of this DEBACLE I asked the Project Manager for a discount. That took ANOTHER 3 weeks to get an answer with me emailing several times a week. Finally I spoke with the owner and he gave us a MINIMAL discount considering the additional STRESS it put on us. God got us through this... HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND.

ARI has the most friendly and respectful staff. They were on location quickly after the detection of an active leak and swiftly prevented further water damage. I’m beyond pleased with their performance and work ethic.

I am so grateful to Howard Wiechern and his team of professionals at ARI. Friday evening of spring break March 2017, my house was severely damaged by a tornado. I called Howard and within an hour a team of ARI employees were at my home helping to save whatever furniture could be salvaged and tarping the roof as best they could. Howard immediately reassured me that all would be ok- and i would be back into my home before Thanksgiving. My home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt within eight months! Being a widow, ARI held my hand through out the entire process and made me feel as if I was their only customer! My calls and questions were immediately responded to and never did I feel like a burden - and believe me I called a lot! My son and I are enjoying our beautiful home and making new happy memories- a lot in part to ARI and their professional team of employees! Thank you ARI! Arkansas Restoration just renovated my new office space in Sherwood and did an amazing job! My contractor, Doug, was very easy to work with along with the rest of the ARI staff. They kept me in the loop each step of the way during the process and were very accommodating to my ideas for the renovation. They did exceptional work and exceeded my expectations! In looking for a companies to repair fire damage, most companies would not even provide a quote. ARI provided a detailed quote extremely fast. The details provided by ARI convinced the insurance company to cover the quote entirely. ARI Restoration staff, especially Chis, were very professional, very responsive (answered or called back every time I called), and provided quality work and materials. I hope to never need a ‘restoration’ again, but would definitely go back to. ARI.

So in September of 2013 there was a fire in the house and ARI came out to do the repairs. The house was vacant for 7 months, Upon moving in, I noticed the main flooring downstairs was not correctly installed, the hall closet doors upstairs were not correctly installed, wiring for several light fixtures were not installed correctly, 2 Ceiling fans were not wired correctly, and the laminate flooring in the upstairs bathroom was put down with exterior wood screws. When I called to discuss the problems, ARI didn't respond and when I finally got someone, they stated the Warranty for their work had expired. You may want to be careful with this one.

These people are the greatest. They did everything they said they would do and more. I could hardly believe it was my house they had restored. They built it back better than before. I would recommend them to anyone needing restoration work. Steve Taylor
