Not only did no work get done after paying a deposit, nor mediation with the Attorney General’s office help, but we had to take Bill to small claims court (where the judge ruled in our favor) and we have yet to get our money back. On top of all that, Bill is verbally abusive and condescending. Do not use this business!

Do NOT use this business! We paid for work that was never done, then had to get a small claims court judgement for a refund plus court costs and Bill STILL refuses to obey the law and give our money back. He feels entitled to keeping our payment for work while never actually doing any work. I’d report him to the licensing board but he’s not licensed. We never got an agreement showing us that. Terrible business, and unethical behavior. Also, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Bill was sued previously in 2021 and filed bankruptcy because he owed nearly $10K from a previous judgement. This seems to be a trend with him.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We never got an agreement from Bill and paid after verbally agreeing on a full scope of work on our floors for over $40K. He later said that was only for remediation, not the other 80% of the work. This is AFTER we paid $2,000 in advance in good faith to cover chemicals to begin mold treatment. Bill cashed the check within an hour and never started work. We asked for our money back (still with no agreement, only a hand-written receipt for our deposit) and he said he would give us some of it, but the rest is to cover his “multiple trips to the house, ordered materials, planned the project [and] made phone consultations.” We never agreed to that either in writing or verbally yet he’s holding us hostage. GO ELSEWHERE!
