They identified and replaced plywood with moisture damage and inspected headers and eaves. All work was completed in two days. They cleaned up everything before leaving. Extremely professional job – from initial bid to completion definitely recommend. They did tile reset & removed all existing field and trim tiles and stacked on roof deck. Removed and disposed of existing underlayment. Installed new underlayment, Pipe flashings, valley meters, drip edge, bird stop and all tiles.
