Had them fix my gutters and fascia that the last guy put on right before we bought the house. They reframed my French doors and repaired my roof 3 months after the first guy quit showing up.

Beyond impressed not only by the quality of work, but the professionalism and communication of both Chris and Katie from Archie's Home Improvement.

Met them to do a bid on a simple porch addition. They did a fantastic job.

Then, had them do a re-roof and complete siding removal and replace from a hail storm. Katie worked closely with our insurance company the entire time and made sure our claim was handled correctly.

Would definitely recommend.

These guys came to look at my project, what I thought was a simple repair for someone with the experience. They wanted to turn it into a major money maker and have me file an insurance claim. I knew there was no way insurance would cover what was basically a maintenance item so I asked them to just do the repair. They spent less than an hour at my place, husband working, wife walking around with child, then left with materials and garbage on my lawn. I thought they had gone to get something but no, they had just left. I called the next day and was told they finished the major portion of it and I could finish off the rest. They then charged me four figures - for less than an hour spent and possibly $60-$80 in materials. I don't know if they were upset because I didn't try to get them an insurance project or what the issue was. And the work they did do did not fix my issue in any way. This was the most I have allowed myself to be taken for in a long time.

Chris and Katie have been wonderful to work with! They did a great job residing our house and were awesome about unexpected surprises in our old home.
We will be working with them again!

Chris and Katie are amazing to work with! They do a beautiful job and are very professional from the start to the finish! We didn’t have to wait long which is always a great thing! Got to over hear Chris talking with our youngest (he likes to ask questions and very detailed) Chris was patient and took the time to explain a couple things before getting back to work. Will definitely be using them again
