Jeff Whitt was my salesman & coordinated the inspection, installation & repair of my roof after it was damaged during a freak hailstorm. Arc Roofing recently completed the replacement of the 115 year old asbestos roof on our home in Abita Springs. Our roof has 14 roof planes, 14 ridges that are capped with terracotta tiles and 4 valleys where roof planes intersect, so we anticipated that it would take time to complete the job. It turns out that if you use a 9 person crew, 7 on the roof and 2 on the ground, it only takes 2 long days of hard, skillful work to remove and bag all the asbestos, install plywood over the existing roof slats, install new roofing shingles, reinstall the terracotta tiles and hall all the trash away!

Arc Roofing was the third roofer that we asked to bid for the job. One of the roofers, who had excellent credentials, was unable to submit a bid on a timely basis, while Arc Roofing’s bid was more than 10% lower than the other bidder.

Since the new roof has been installed, no rain has made it into our attic, despite a couple of recent downpours. We are also happy that we have a 5 year workmanship warranty on the installation and a lifetime warranty on the roofing shingles.

We are completely satisfied with every aspect of the work performed by the work crew managed by Ryan Moran and would highly recommend them for any roofing repair or construction. We love our beautiful new roof – and so do our neighbors!
