We had a new roof, gutters, siding and front door installed. Everything went very smoothly. Jim, the project manager was here everyday making sure it did. The work crew were professional and kept on task. I wish I had thought of Apex when I had my windows installed. Overall a great job at a fair price.

The company is not cheap, but it covers all the bases and provides great installation: I've used Apex to fix leaking roof issues that other contractors couldn't and also to replace gutters. Would consider them for pretty much any exterior work.

I called Apex on a whim when I saw their truck in our neighborhood. They came out the next day, diagnosed a problem with an older (but still viable) window and got me in touch with a service repair, rather than recommending an expensive replacement. Carlos treated the visit like an estimate, and didn’t charge for the visit. I will definitely call them again with window, roof or door issues. They were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

I am very happy with my experience with Apex Exteriors. The sales process was focused on educating us on what our options were and which different types of roofing materials were available at a given price point. Not a sales job at all - more consultative. The crew that took off our old roof and installed our new roof were great. There was a lot of communication from the point person assigned to our project. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and followed up with us to make sure that we were totally satisfied. Work crew also were diligent in picking up any materials that were in the yard. At the end of the day, we were satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Apex. Apex completely resided my home with Hardie concrete fiber siding. Their workmanship is outstanding. The workers are craftsmen, not just guys nailing up siding. They knew how to take care of old problems such as water damage by using flashing and other diversion systems. Apex gave me an approximate date for beginning and ending the job. They told me it would take two weeks, and it took exactly two weeks. They were on the job every day. There was none of the baloney that some contractors pull with going to other jobs while working on my house. Price estimates were exact for the work they performed. The products used were outstanding.
We also had Apex redo our roof 8 years ago. The roof has had no issues at all, and remains in excellent shape. The city inspector asked who did our roof and commented that the work was very well done.
Apex has crews large enough to perform the work quickly and efficiently. All aspects of the job are handled promptly by them. The workers were very friendly and courteous. We actually missed them when the job was completed. The crew clearly enjoyed doing their job in a professional manner.

Apex was very professional in their proposal and scheduling as well as the execution. They had me feeling ‘comfortable’ through my home exterior repair project. Not cheap, but worth the added cost.

It was 10 yrs ago in 2014 (not 13 yr ago originally reported) that our shingles, decking, gutters, downspouts were replaced, you would fall thru the upper roof if you stepped on it in places so it needs replacing & today we here water dripping in the attic space of lower roof. Dave & Larry were our contacts. Already have a new company scheduled to fix so have no interest in working with Apex again.

Everything was great. Dave worked beyond the call of duty to get my insurance to cover it. Scheduling and ordering and installation were very timely. Everyone was very professional and explained everything to me. After the work was complete, the work area was completely cleaned. I highly recommend Apex Exteriors.

Have used Apex for several big jobs over the past few years. Never even the slightest problem. They just finished replacing some 16 foot trim boards on the top of the second story as well as a couple of windows. Nice guys, hard workers and very detail, oriented. Cleaned up at the end of every workday and always arrived on time. Could not ask for more.

Apex replaced vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts on my home. Their workmanship was nothing less than amazing. Gary, the salesman, followed everything through. I highly recommend them.

Price was a bit high, but the work was outstanding. The flat roof over our sunroom/office had issues with flying squirrels getting in and melting ice leaking through the soffits. Apex replaced that roof and some of the siding around a dormer window above that roof. They used newer materials that I haven't seen, including a cover board over the old wood. The work looks very well done and professional. Exceeded our expectations. TBD after one year if it fixes our previous issues, but these guys know roofing, so very we're optimistic.

I have used Apex Exteriors, Inc. For the past three years on various outside projects, including roofing, gutters, gutter apron and trim replacement.
Their work is outstanding, and I have seen them do additional things to insure customers are happy with their work.
While they were doing the gutter apron, they replaced a damaged soffit/fascia from squirrel damage, and reattached some siding.
These are the little touches that make the difference between a good company and an outstanding one.
They are on my short list if I need any work done outside.

Really very impressed with the overall execution. Replaced entire roof, added insulation, repaired composite siding. From start to finish the people and the process were top notch. Dave Scott, Jim and the crews were really decent and very conscientious folks. If Lakewest Homes uses them, they have to be the best.

We purchased a home about a year ago. One of the previous owners had put up some kind of sun screen leaving holes in the siding on the back of the house.
We obtained a few quotes to replace the siding, just where the holes were. We didn't want to replace all of the siding.
APEX had by far the best quote.
Having used APEX in the past, it was an easy decision to have them do the work again for us.
Brian Kaleta came out to give us the estimate and the craftsmen that came out to do the work, Jairo and Santiago all did a great job. Apex Exteriors replaced, repaired and/or repainted some of the siding on our house (woodpecker holes, worn or rotten wood, stained/discolored spots). The work was done with such care, as if they were working on their own house. From the estimate to the finish, everything was done as agreed, and they did a remarkable job! This was the second time Apex Exteriors has worked on our siding and once again I am so happy with everything they have done. Their employees are friendly, respectful, professional and obviously care about the quality of their work. No other repair company can match the level of customer service shown by the employees of Apex Exteriors. They are like family. They care.

Had them do an odd project and they were accommodating to make odd solution happen. I had called around to other businesses to do a small siding job but they only wanted to do full house. Apex did a great job replacing some siding and installing a new door. I have already signed another contract with them for another project. Apex has been a great experience for me on 2 jobs: a roof replacement in 2020 and gutter replacement this month (March, 2024) that included leaf guards. My interaction with the estimator, the office staff, their risk control coordination, crew and follow-up on my satisfaction have been 5 star experiences both times. We have used Apex twice - new roof and now new gutters. They may not have the lowest bid, but their work is worth it. For example, when we had our roof replaced, we had extra shingles left, they gave our shed a new roof at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
