I wholeheartedly give Anchor Point Roofing a 5-star rating. The Anchor Point crew removed my decrepit and leaky corrugated aluminum back patio roof and replaced it with a plywood base, covered with a polyglass base sheet, and topped with a layer of heat-welded torch down.

The crew furthermore replaced the shingles on the adjoining section of my house roof making sure that the new shingles closely matched the ones on the rest of the house. The team lined these new shingles with two layers of asphalt saturated underlayment. They also installed the necessary flashing in various critical areas to prevent any future rain seepage and leakage.

I asked them to survey the rest of my roof for potential problems which I suspected. They indeed found some areas of concern which were quickly and expertly repaired.

Now I no longer dread wind and rain storms and love the new look of my beautiful patio roof. The team even applied extra layers of paint to the primed plywood, giving it quite a finished look.
